Just had our yearly A/C maintenance check completed by Jimmy. Jimmy was familiar with our system because he had completed other maintenance checks. Jimmy was very personable and professional. He kept me informed throughout the inspection and he reviewed his detailed report with me at the end of the system check.

Scott G and Taylor D did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts, covering each one and allowing no dust to escape during the process. This service is more than other duct cleaning, but it was done properly and included repairs to leaks in the duct system. It was definitely worth the extra cost.

Our air conditioner started making a sudden hissing noise Thursday afternoon. Less than two hours later, Jimmy Balla came over to check out the damage. He was awesome! He knew pretty much right away what was wrong and that we needed a new part. By Saturday morning, he was back with the new part and had everything up and working within the hour. Jimmy was very friendly, worked fast and treated us like his equal. We really appreciated everything that was done! I highly recommend Boonstra's Club plans because without it, we would have been out almost $600. Thank you so much for everything, Jimmy!

I recently had my air conditioning unit serviced. Mike T., was polite, neat, and helpful. He offered suggestions to help us keep our older AC unit running effectively. I would definitely request him for our next servicing. Thanks!
