Steven was our technician - he called before he came and was prompt and very friendly. He wore protective footwear to protect our floors without being asked. He was very thorough and discussed the repair with us and informed us what was happening at each step. Would recommend Steven and was very pleased with the outcome - the house is very comfortable now.

Jimmy Balla was the Service Tech that came to do our annual service on the air conditioner. I found him pleasant, respectful and professional. He was fast and efficient. I hope he didn't mind me following behind him, as I learned a lot about the system I have. Thanks for employing such a good man.

Ron Bezeau came to do our annual air-conditioning check-up. He was punctual, arriving within the time-frame promised. He did the work carefully and explained the rationale for each step. He offered thoughtful suggestions for how to improve the ways our heating/air-conditioning unit would work and pointed out some things that would improve its efficiency as we used it. We appreciate him and Boonstra very much -- and are grateful that we have this semi-annual check-up. It gives peace to know that the unit is working appropriately for each season.

Joe & Ewan did a fanastic job, very hard working,left the area very neat,installation was excellent very professional, would recommend them any time,Chris the sales rep was professional & explained everything well, company was on time and on the date they said they would install it.

We loved his respect of our home as every time he entered he put on his shoe covers. We appreciated the extra time he took to keep us in the loop with his diagnostics. Boonstra's put in our new furnace fall of 2013 and we had agreement to do a start up service on air conditioning later with the buy. Thanks Chris! So when I called to get this service in June '13 they were very accommodating. Jimmy Bolla was the technician and he did a very thorough job. Jimmy had a wonderful pleasant attitude! Was on time and in uniform. Thanks guys! My air is now operating!

Marco and Luis were by far the friendliest and most helpful technicians I have ever met at Boonstra. Not only did they fix my compressor, but they explained the problems to me and how they were going to fix them in order to ease my mind. Their knowledge of the industry, and skillset of their jobs is very impressive. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family in the future.

James has been doing our annual A/C check up for several years. I find him to be very professional and courteous. He always explains things in a language I can understand.

Yearly check-up of the A/C and Furnace. Everything was good and our service technician Jesse was very personable. He went above and beyond our expectations and also gave helpful advise to ensure our equipment last a long time .
