Technician was very professional when he came to service my air conditioner. I was pleased with the sales call from Chris. He explained everything clearly and didn't try to oversell. The installers were polite, courteous, clean, on time and explained everything. Overall experience from the 2 technicians who serviced my furnace and AC to the sales rep to the installers was positive. Far superior to Reliance who I switched from.

I live in a three-storey townhouse with an air handler unit of the second floor. Everytime I put the AC on this summer, condensate would leak down through the walls and ceiling, destroying the paint and plaster. I called three other HVAC contactors, each one coming to assess the situation and turning around within the first five minutes, claiming they did not work on units like mine. I was very frustrated and discouraged. Then I called Boonstra's. A technician was sent out that day and quickly located the cause of the problem. He instructed me that I could replace the part the was causing the leak, or replace the entire AC system for a fraction of the cost more. Since the unit was over 15 years old, I decided to upgrade. A sales advisor, Chris, was out to the house later that day, told me how the unit would be replaced and provided me with a quote. A few days later, two installers arrived and had the new system installed and running in a matter of hours. Now I have a full fucntioning system that cools my house significantly better than the previous version, and I have no more leaking. I would like to thank Boonstra's, Chris, the installers and technician for making the experience easy and providing quality customer service. I would recommend Boonstra's to anyone in the Burlington area that has HVAC related issues. You will not be disappointed.

We have always had great service from boonstra, so when we needed a new system it was a no brainer to have them do it. We had a great visit from a qualified professional who not only got us then right system for our home, but also made some recommendations regarding the air quality which has been worth every penny. We will highly recommend boonstra to all our friends and family.

They were on time, very professional and pleasant. Scott explained everything that they were going to do and went over a check list at the end to ensure that nothing was forgotten. Chris was our sales person and he was honest and nice. I would highly recommend them!

I had a ductless system that stopped working. I called Boonstra. They showed up, charged me $120 for looking at it then said "We don't work on these systems". This is after I told the person on the phone what type of system I had.

Were very prompt with appointment, and made adjustments and cleaned furnace. The tech i had was excellent (i forgot his name :( ), he described what he was doing as well as gave pointers to keep the furnace running efficiently. Come the spring i will be calling them to do service on my air conditioning unit.

ac not working on one of the hottest days ever, they came realtively quick to my surpise to service it. the man did not have the proper part but made a part work until the following day. Went ablove and beyone my expectations. Highly recommend!

One winter, my furnace konked out on a cold night, and I called Boonstra to fix it. They came right away and advised me that I had to replace the entire furnace. It was very cold and I didn't want another potential problem of burst water pipes. So, they gave me a quote and thought it was fair considering that they would be able to install it within the next two days. I was very happy with their service.

The install group was incredibly professional and efficient at their job. They went above and beyond with ensuring that my experience throughout the entire process was as incredible as it could be. While I only intended to replace my hot water heater I ended up replacing my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater! The home comfort advisor Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the benefits to replacing all 3 units. The furnace was a mid-effiency while the ac was prehistoric! My husband and I felt we made a well informed decision to replace all three. Their service technicians were fast, clean and efficient. I would recommend Boonstra's service to anyone and everyone!
