Excellent sales representative Chris was honest and very helpful. The air conditioner was installed the next morning by Chad and Don. Both were very efficient, fast and took care to set up with floor covers and clean up after they were done. We were very impressed with the service.

My husband and I had Boonstra come in and install a brand new furnace and air conditioning system back in 2009 - and would gladly do it again. The customer service at this place is absolutely outstanding! I had Adrian A out for a regular service call for my A/C, and this guy completely rocks! He always makes time to answer any of my questions and explains everything he does when here. I actually make a request for him to come each time. Thank You Boonstra, for all that you do, and for the piece of mind that my furnace and A/C needs are always met.

Bought a new furnace & AC in February, works great. Just had Steve activate the AC, and he was great. He reset the fan low speed and got the AC running, was really helpful!

I just had my old furnace upgraded to a hi-efficiency model by Boonstra Heating. They also put in a new water heater. The installers Joe and Evan were very professional, looking after all the details and asking the right questions of me. The job was done within the time promised, they left the job site clean and tidy, and the new equipment is working great. I had a follow-up visit early the next day from Chris the service advisor, and he answered a few of my questions that I'd thought of since the job was done, and he gave me some very useful pointers about how to get the best use of our new equipment. I'm very, very pleased with the service I have had from these three Boonstra employees. This company makes extra effort to make sure the customer is happy.

Boonstras One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is an excellent company for furnace & air conditioning. Got both in 2007 and just got a new air conditioner in April 2014. Can call them 24 hours a day and somebody is always ready to help or have someone call right away. There employees are very polite, will do to anything to help, very fast, wear shoe protect, and clean up when finished and when they left you not have know that they were here.

During one of the hotest weekends in August '13 my central A/C stopped functioning. As I require air conditioning for health reasons I contacted Boonstra's/Burlington due to their policy of no extra charge for emergency service. Turned out the exiting 10 year old unit would only function marginally after the repair. Requested a quote for replacement which was provided a couple of days later and installation was scheduled for the next day. They had the entire system replaced (furnace & A/C) within 6 hours, were professional and did something the company I had hired to replace the A/C 10 years earlier--they totally cleaned up the work area AND took the time to demonstrate how to balance the flow and to correct a problem that has existed since moving into the house in '87; i.e. preventing having an icy cold basement during the cooling season. Great organization to deal with and have already recommended them to a neighbor who needed to replace his furnace.

I have been on the One Hour maintenance plan for several years and every time we have a technician out for our yearly tune up, they are always professional, courteous and assess and adjust our furnace to run in optimal conditions. My furnace is still running strong after 24 years. My neighbours who are not on a maintenance plan are on their 3rd furnace!!!!Couldn't be happier! Way to go One Hour!!!

Although fast and reliable Boonstra Burlington did not hold up to the standards I have seen in the past. Standard service call/tune-up turned into an expensive quote. Had 2 other companies quote and of course all were completely different. Asked Boonstra to come verify original quote and they would not come unless paid again and they would not stand up to the guarantee they offer. Find somebody else.

-they quick to repair original problem -also very flexible in coming to visit at 8 pm to talk about possible replacement of 24 year old equipment -they offered a no hassle quote, with no pressure to accept. We did, and the entire job was completed within a day -I would highly recommend this company which has been around over 50 years

This is the second system we have purchased from boonstra one hour...so clearly we are very happy with them...chris set us up with the right system for our new home and cam and Daniel worked tirelessly to make it perfect...it's nice knowing we don't need to worry about hunting for a quality heating and cooling contractor...also ditched our rental hot water tank thankfully...we strongly recommend this company...ask for chris, he won't steer you wrong :)
