My hustand and I were leaving for Hawaii on the early morning February 10, 2012. Our furnace stopped working on the evening of February 7th! We had an emergencey on hour hands! (We had people scheduled to stay at our home to 'house sit' while we were away) We called Boonstra's One Hour, and expained our problem, and the urgency. They had a technician our to our home the following morning. The technician (Mark) did a repair/tune up, and had the furnace 'purring' within short order. He put us on a one year maintenace program (we're covred now for a year), and the pricing was extremely fair ... actually less than the cost of a normal service call. We were extremely pleased with the office, the technican, and the cost ... and we were able to get away to Hawaii with piece of mind. We would (and now DO) highly recommend Boonstra ! They do what they say they'll do!

We needed a new furnace in our house. Ours was on the fritz and it was the middle of january. First we tried the one man contractor, but one was a no show, the other came looked and never wrote back. The next day we received a Boonstra flyer in our mailbox, we called and a rep was fast to help us with our furnace dilemma. Devon Williams was our rep for Boonstra and he was a great rep he came to our house measured every window and door, and answered any questions we had about our situation, and was very helpful and knowledgeable The next day the crew were at it and had a entire furnace and ac installed in our house before I was home from work. Just wanted to say great job to all those at Boonstra one hour heating and air conditioning that helped install my new furnace.

Our furnace conked out and they were there immediately. From the initial phone call they proved to be a reliable, honest local company you can trust!! Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time during install and post sale too. Highly recommend!!

I had several estimates in several days but when home comfort specialist Chris Errington described in detail the current issues I had been having with my furnace and the benefits of a new furnace I knew he was very knowledgeable and I signed that evening. The cost was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than the larger suppliers and the next day installation was very convenient and very professional.My home comfort has improved dramatically and I will be recommending Boonstra to all of my friends in The Orchard community.

Chris Errington (Home Comfort Advisor) assessed our needs thoroughly and recommended the most efficient solution and best dollar value for our home. We had both the Air Conditioner and Furnace replaced. Chad and Jesse installed both units and were extremely professional. I tried different company to service my furnace, and I feel the technician from Boonstra's one hour is very professional and knowlegable, also their price is quite reasonal, I'm satisfied with their service.

Boonra is an excellent company. We have used them for our heating and cooling needs for ages now. Their product is great but their service is excellent. Our service person feels like part of the family and we know that we are being taken care of.

In the past I have used several different companies to come into my home to clean my furnace. The service person who did the work for us in September seemed to me to know what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself PLUS screwed the cover back onto the furnace when he was done. In the past most have simply set it in place. I liked his diligence.

Boonstra's One Hour is exceptional!! The technicians were friendy, professional and knowlegable. They explained everything they were doing throughout the visit. The best part is they showed me all the dirt and debris that was removed. They even took before and after pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend Boonstra's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. our duct work was located at the bottom of our basement stairs over the years it was in pretty bad shape.i called Boonstra for an estimate ,they came very quickly gave me an excellent quote . They came back in a couple of days and finished the job
