    House rewiring

    KNT has completed a couple projects for us - several years back they rewired a house we bought which had knob and tube. More recently, on short notice, Tims team was able to help with a separate electrical project in our basement. I was pleased with the process, results, and value in both cases. I would certainly call on Tim and his team again for any future work.

    Highly recommend!

    We had our century home rewired with the walls kept intact. KNT did an excellent job! The electrical is safe and modern and can handle the needs of a 21st century household. They were professional, efficient and friendly. The quote was exactly the same as the final amount paid. We now have dimmers, outdoor sconces, adequate outlets, a camera doorbell and everything else we could need! Were thrilled with the results and happy knowing the ungrounded electrical has been fully replaced!

    Dishwasher hardwire uninstall and installation

    Tim from KNT electric was by far the most trustworthy, efficient and most professional and experienced electrician we have ever had in our home. He came highly recommended by a friend of ours and did not disappoint. After dealing with three other electricians found from various sites such as Facebook and through jiffy, we were skeptical as the other electricians definitely took us for a ride, took our money and did not complete the job properly or took their sweet time so that they could be paid more. Tim was efficient and you could tell was working hard to get the job done as fast as possible while taking the safety and precaution required. He made sure that our gas line was safely shut off from our oven, that any damages from our electrical wiring was secured and even helped us move our old dishwasher out of the house. He went above and beyond to ensure that we would not be inconvenience and that the work would be done on time. Unlike other contractors, Tim was communicative throughout the whole process and ensured that we would knew when he would arrive or be late. We even left him in our home unattended as we trusted him so much. We will not be calling any other electricians should our home in future and will be recommending him to all our friends and family.

    House Re-Wiring

    KNT did a great job re-wiring my house and coordinating the upgrade of our amp service. The team completed the job on time and paid attention to every detail. I would definitely use KNT again.

    Knob and Tube Replacement

    Tim and the KNT crew of electricians were outstanding! They replaced all of the knob and tube and aluminum wiring in our 100 year old home. They were able to replace the wiring and add new switches and outlets by cutting a few small holes (never larger than an outlet box) in the plaster walls. Most of the time they just used the holes for the new outlet boxes and no access holes were needed. They patched the access holes These guys know what they are doing when it comes to replacing knob and tube wiring. They also wired our new kitchen. This house is now up to the current electrical code. I spoke to several electricians before engaging KNT. Most said it couldn't be done or they would have to remove the the plaster from the studs. Tim is extremely knowledgable and organized. I would highly recomment Tim and KNT for the replacement of knob and tube wiring in older homes.

My dad used to tell us about the old days when electricians used a Sawzall to cut swaths between the studs or joists to run the wire and they did not do drywall repair.     Rewiring Project

    KNT provided excellent service! The work came in under budget and they finished the work in less than a week. They explained exactly what they were doing and provided the pros and cons of each option. Highly recommend!

    Receptacle / Breaker issue

    Tim and his team are very responsive and professional. They were very quick to assess the issue and got it resolved very quickly. They will be my first call for any other electrical issues I may have.

    Outstanding in every way

    Very professional prompt and friendly throughout. Excellent knowledgeable team, worked quickly with the least disruption possible, totally tidy after each day, excellent communication day, evenings and weekends, fair pricing, excellent advice throughout re fixtures, placement of plugs etc. I wish all contractors were as good and easy to deal with.

    Knob and Tube Replacement

    KNT replaced the knob and tube wiring in a century old home we were moving into. The work took about a week. Both Tim and the onsite manager Danny were extremely responsive and the communication with them was excellent from start to finish. Danny and crew onsite arrived on time each day and were very pleasant to deal with. Danny provided updates regularly and was very accommodating. He was patient with all of my questions and offered good suggestions. Costing was transparent and adjustment were clearly explained. We were very satisfied with the end result and quality of work. All-in-all it was a first-rate experience with KNT and we'll be using them again for future electrical needs.
