    Emergency roof repair due to leak near skylight.

    Fixer On The Roof will take your call and listen to your needs and concerns. They are professional, curteous, timely and without a doubt do excellent work! If you are looking for a 3 staged approach - Immediate, mid-term and long-term solutions - Fixer On The Roof is for you!!!!! I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Plus they follow-up with before and after photos! Very professional!

    Older half of roof needed replacing

    Fixer on the roof gave us a great price and a clear explanation of what work needed to be done, what we might expect once the old roofing material was lifted. They were open and communicative before, during and after the job was done. They provided pictures of the different stages of work they did for us so we had a good understanding of exactly what was done and how it looked.

    Partial (half) roof replacement

    Fixer on the Roof did 2 other houses on my street, so I checked with their owners first and got positive reviews. Fixer was faster to show up than the other companies I talked to and gave better information. They were cost-competitive, easy to deal with throughout, and minimized the aggravation of the whole thing for me. I recommend them highly.

    Roof repair

    I received 3 quotes to fix my roof, but Arthur was the only one who spent more than 2 minutes inspecting the issue. From there, Trish put together an accurate written quote very quicky. The job was done when they said and under budget. A great company to do business with!

    Flashing on roof

    Had fixer on the roof come do an estimate for us today free of charge. However the nice gentleman ended up fixing our problem, which took him about 15 minutes to inspect and apply caulking to our exterior bricks just above a small roof. This was totally unexpected, and when he came back in, informed me that he had fixed the problem. Naively, I thought he had done it free of charge because it was such a quick fix. Of course, an hour later, Trish called to charge me a lower fee for this service. Although I liked the gentleman that came to inspect... I am taken aback that they ended up charging me for something that I had not okayed at the time. I had two other estimates lined up for tomorrow, so I could have had a better price. I did let Trish know about my feelings regarding the entire transaction. To make it better, she guaranteed that if my roof leaked again in the same spot, she will refund my money. I appreciate this gesture and it has made me feel better about calling them in the future for other roofing needs.

    Roof leak

    My roof starting leaking on a Sunday – not a typical working day. I called Fixer on the Roof, got a call back and someone was at my house within 30 minutes. Arthur came to the house, assessed the situation (actually going on the roof before quoting) and let me know what had to be done. I received a detailed quote that day in writing. I had the usual hesitation – worrying I was being told one thing, but would later find out about multiple unknowns that would result in double the amount of the original quote. Thankfully I had no need to worry. My roof was replaced on time and on budget, with little disruption, no debris or mess (I was worried about my front yard garden) and no hidden costs. I heard daily about the progress of the roof, and received photos of the progress once the job was complete. I have no hesitation in recommending Fixer on the Roof – having a reliable, trustworthy and yes, friendly! roofer should be the rule rather than the exception – and with Fixer on the Roof it is.

    Roof Repair

    My roof lost a few shingles and some metal/vinyl in one of the sides of the roof was falling apart. I called "Fixer on the The Roof" and Trish provided an excellent service, she was very friendly and didn't fell any rush or pressure at all to take the job with them. She was very patient and nice to talk to. I forwarded the photos of my roof to her and she got the estimate very quickly, and just a few days after Arthur came to my house to fix the roof. I'm very happy with the fix, it was quick (it took less than 1hr) and Arthur provided an excellent service as well. I would definetely use Fixer on The Roof again and I will recommend them to any friend that needs any roofing work.

    Skylight flashing repair

    We had a pretty bad leak from our skylight. Fixers on the roof came quickly and fixed our problem! They worked fast and photographed the results for us to see. We really enjoyed working with this company and would recommend them to friends.

    Roof repairs

    Arthur and Trish from "F on the R" came to our rescue after we failed repeatedly to get someone to even come to the house to give us a quote. Trish was easy to talk to and quite accommodating on the phone, calling us back with updates on the whereabouts and arrival times of Arthur, who came, saw, conquered: knew exactly what he had to do (cut off the plumbing stack to fit the sleeve, reflash the chimney properly etc.). He seemed impatient with the job the previous roofer had done and was anxious to set it straight. One year warranty included, plus pictures of the finished work. Go with these guys.

    Fixing a tricky corner on a 3rd deck/roof

    We bought our house in May of 2010. It was completely gutted and rebuilt by a home builder...so we thought we wouldn't run into any issues with the house for awhile. Low and behold about 1 month ago we had a leak on our second floor roof. I tried to repair it myself, but the job was far beyond my capability. I had 4 roofing companies in...including a company I had worked with before. We chose Fixer-on-the-roof because they had expertise in the area (including homes like ours), because they responded to a general post I put up on Homestars, they were great to deal with (both Trish and Arthur were a pleasure), and I genuinely felt like they would do the best job. They did...and I will absolutely use them again.
