    Air duct cleaning

    Taylor and Tom were very professional. They arrived slightly early than our scheduled appointment. They explained what they would be doing and set up right away. During the cleaning, I was able to ask questions and had all my questions answered in detail. The whole process did not take as long as I thought. The bill was explained in detail before signing or payment and was exactly what we were quoted. Taylor and Tom left the house clean and the sanitizing left a clean, light refreshing scent throughout the house. For a family with some severe allergy sufferers, this has already made a huge difference. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Duct and furnace cleaning.

    As far as I (obviously not an expert) could tell, he did a very thorough job helping identify and fixing any issues. They also were fantastic at customer service, both in the initial phone call making the appointment and on site. They explained well what was needed and I never felt condescended to as new homeowners who had no idea what we were doing or even what we needed to ask for. They upsold on cleaning the furnace and a better filter, but it was never pushy and I truly felt like they were looking to give us a better product not just make more money. During the call, they were attentive to factors like not letting the cat out.

    Duct cleaning

    I hired Orsan to clean the ducts in my house. The service was fast, efficient and the employees very friendly. Will use Orsan again.

    Cleaning of furnace ducts

    Duct cleaning and roof dryer vent cleaning

    The serviceman was very competent. He explained what he was going to do in detail. I felt he did a very thorough job and I was very satisfied with the work. Thank you.

    Duct cleaning

    The guys showed up on time, were respectful and efficient. I was quite surprised at how thorough they were even though they had to manuveur around all kinds of moving boxes throughout the house. Would certainly recommend this company.

    air duct cleaning; new furnace filter

    The men were helpful and professional. They identified an issue with the dryer venting and offered solutions. Also recommended opportunities for improvement re the furnace venting. I had used Orsan before at another location. I will continue to use Orsan in the future and would definitely recommend their services.
