    Clothes Dryer vent cleaning

    So glad I called Orsan Air Services. Taylor & Brandon did an excellent job getting my dryer vent cleaned out and put a clamp on the ductwork to repair a problem with that. They went the extra mile for me (at no extra cost) and investigated further to find the original vent that had been disconnected in the past (unknown to me) that was left "open" and showed me evidence of unwanted critters getting into my house. They immediately fixed this serious problem as well! A previous company I had come in did not notice/or inform me of this problem. Thank you again Taylor and Brandon for such wonderful service. Highly recommended!

    duct cleaning

    We received many, many telemarketing calls from callers wanting to clean the furnace ducting. We met Frank Orsan at the Home Show at the Aud. in Kitchener & liked what he said about his service. We thought we should have the ducts cleaned after we had a new furnace installed & the ducts had not been cleaned for as long as we lived in this house. Taylor the service tech came on time & did a complete & excellent job of cleaning the ducts at a reasonable price. I would recommend Orsan Air Services for duct cleaning.

    Air Duct Kitten Rescue

    Last week, our children were surprised with a little black and white kitten. Which as of today I have decided was appropriately named. (Alice), our tiny kitten reminded our children of the hatter, and Cheshire Cat from the classis Alice in Wonderland ( I'll fill you in in a moment). I woke up at 6 am to a peculiar scratching against metal. I rushed around trying to find where the sound was coming from, to find that our Alice, had indeed fell down the rabbit hole, and into a Wonderland I am not sure she wanted to meet. I my self was in a silent panic, as I tried to figure out how to get her out. In light of calling several places without any luck, I came across Orsan Air. I called and spoke to Frank, who tried first to help me hoping not to have to cost me any money. I figured because she had already been down in the duct for a few hours, and I didn't know her health status I couldn't take any chances. Frank sent in the call right away. He was concerned, and helped me learn my way around the furnace and duct work. While I waited I called my brother in Law Matt. After a while my brother in law came and we were sure we knew where she was. With the great help of two wonderful technicians, Taylor, and Brandon ( who showed compassion), We located Alice, and were able to get her safely out of the duct work. (Catastrophy) as my husband had put it was solved, and our Alice was safe and sound. Unscathed from her undoubtedly bumpy journey, a little dusty, and in need of a bath, a little scared, although was back to her curious bouncy self in no time. A job Very well done! Now that I know that Orsan Air will go the distance to help a client, I will be recommending them. They seemed to be the only company willing to figure something out, and who wasn't well out of the area, or without the man power available. Little Alice I hope will not be returning to Wonderland anytime soon. ( other wise her owner (me) may become as mad as the Hatter. She is certainly as sneaky as the Cheshire Cat. Thank you to Frank, Taylor, and Brandon, you may not know how much your time meant to our family. And my husband was very relieved to find her safe and in excellent health ( aside from some dust bunnies). Sincerely, Anita

    duct cleaning

    Very pleased with service and knowledge from both Frank and Taylor. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered. The service was excellent! Highly recommend Orsan Air Services.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    Frank was a total professional throughout the process. He has an obvious passion for doing the best job possible. We were very pleased with the results and will be recommending Orsan to our friends.

    Duct Cleaning

    Excellent service. Franks was early, clean and did an amazing job. No pressure upsells of other products. Cost and services offered were provided in advance and there were no surprises.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    Taylor was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing as he did it. He did not clean anything that wasn't necessary. He was very polite, easy to talk to, and did a great job of explaining everything both clearly and in a way that is easy to understand. The air filter he suggested is fantastic and it will be nice not having to change it every couple months. He showed up right on time and he took a reasonable amount of time doing his job. It will be nice knowing our home is well taken care of after the work he has done.

    Duct Service

    Orsan Air Services provided a reusable air filter that has saved me countless $ and prevented several filters being disposed of to the landfill and will for many years to come

    Duct Cleaning

    I recently bought my first house and when I moved in I found the most outrageous things in my vents. These thing ranged from fruit, to toys it was unbelievable. I also did some renovations before moving in and sawdust had accumulated in the vents because of this.I was debating getting my vents cleaned, however, I thought I could see everything that was in my vents and I could get it all out with a vacuum. After about a week of living in the house I noticed the house was always dusty because the sawdust was going into the vents and coming right back out, it was never actually leaving the house. Not to mention whenever I would sit near one of my vents there was a weird smell. Needless to say I didn't get everything out of my vents as I previously thought because one, my vacuum is not strong enough, and two, it cant move around enough to get everything out. This was the breaking point, this is when I decided to call Orsan Air Services (as they were recommended to me by a friend). After speaking with the owner he was able to work around my schedule not once but twice as I had to cancel the first time. Taylor, Orsan Air Services best technician, came to my house to have this completed. Taylor was kind, respectful, did an amazing job, as well as provided me with the knowledge of the importance of getting your ducts/furnace/dryer cleaned on a frequent basis not only for the health of your family but the safety. I felt like I was entering a new house when I could turn on my furnace and not see or smell little sawdust particles and old moldy food. It has been over a month since Taylor was here and my house still smells great, I could not be happier with the service I received. I will be using their services again in the future and have recommended them to friends and family. Thank you Taylor, Thank you Orsan Air.

    Duct Cleaning

    This was my first ever experience with the duct cleaning (met through home show) and it proved to be worthy. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me by recommending when I should clean my air circulation unit. Thank you for a good job!
