To the staff of moda, I am pleased to extend and share my experience in using your company as our painting company of choice on the recent staging of my client’s apartment in the Gastown area. I have known the family in question for years and their attention to detail and quality was met and exceeded by your firm. Everything from e mail and phone support, to a prompt and professional estimate, to the final exchange of the keys was conducted in a timely and professional manner. It was especially important that a strict schedule be maintained as the clients were only in town for a short time (they live in Calgary), only actually visited the apartment once (they spent the rest of their time on the island), and were selling the apartment as it had been an investment property for years. As a local ReMax Realtor and BNI (Business Networking International) member it is especially important that business practices such as the ones demonstrated by MODA staff be maintained and upheld at all times, such that my clients, whether moving into or out of a property, are always satisfied. Adam, of Moda Finishes spent about two weeks painting our large sunroom kitchen. It hadn't been painted in over 15 years and had developed many open joints with peeled and discoloured paint. Most of Adam's work entailed closing these joints, painting delicate trim, and cutting around the nineteen windows that make up the room. The result was outstanding. The kitchen has never looked this good. Adam did excellent work. It was money well spent.

My fiancée and I used MODA Finishes during our recent home renovations and couldn't be happier. It was the highlight of what was otherwise a long and drawn out renovation. Their staff were professional, courteous, and polite. They were even kind enough to help me do an extra task around the house which wasn't even part of their contract. Thanks MODA! Mike

Jason at Moda painted our kitchen to the highest standard. He was very professional, and courteous. He protected all areas from paint and the clean up was excellent. Great value for money and would definitely recommend him.

Tricky scenario for a painter. Latex paint over an old oil based paint. Old paint needed to be peeled back and properly prepared for our new colours. I was really glad to have brought them in to do the work. They explained everything that they were doing and why. It made my girlfriend and i really understand the process. Would happily use them aging. Great professionals.

Adam, the painter, was able to cut lines perfectly as if he were a machine. I watched him perform some of the work as if it was so easily done, something, of which, I know is not. The walls and lines were perfectly done with the utmost professionalism I could ever expect. Jason, the manager, was excellent in voicing and communicating the job description, time at which it would take to finish, and such. Thumbs up!
