Great service and great people. They moved all my furniture and boxes with ease. They laid down plastic covering on the floor and carpet and left everything clean and tidy!!! Great job!!

The movers were tireless, efficient and didn't stop until the move was done. My move was seamless from the estimate right through. I really appreciate the wonderful job that Roadrunner does. My daughter and son-in-law first used them for a huge move, then a friend used them. I would recommend Roadrunners to everyone who has a move to make. Thank you!

My Mom was moving to a smaller apartment in the same building and we needed her larger pieces of furniture moved. The two man crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They helped us with the furniture placement in a smaller area. They were very good with my Mom who was stressed to be leaving the home she had shared with my Dad to live alone for the first time in her life. They were careful with everything, we had a laugh and I'm already recommending them. Thanks boys , you were great

Prompt, courteous, wrapped all important furniture in blankets and delivered on time. Service was excellent.

We've moved 12 times and the past 3 was with the gentlemen at Roadrunner. They are professional, on time, courteous and all around great guys. They also moved my elderly parents out of their beloved home & the guys at Roadrunner were so patient with them & took care of their home as if they were their own parents. I have recommended them to everyone I know & will continue to do so!

I am so sad to write this, especially because everyone else has had such a wonderful experience with Road Runners, as did we a few years back. Just about everything that could go wrong with our move went wrong. -they showed up 30 minutes late, -they were visibly put off when I asked them to move a few additional items, -they dropped boxes more than once, -they asked us where everything went as it was being brought in (it was clearly labelled), -they didn't put boxes or other furniture items where they were labelled to go, -they did not reassemble (even though this is part of their mandate in the paperwork you sign) they damaged a few items, -they didn't lay the rubber mats in the new house until I asked them to, -they took way longer than expected, they didn't call when they couldn't get our lawn tractor started and onto the truck (so we were charged for this extra time), -they broke one of our TVs, etc. The TV that they broke was 55" LG. It was replaced with a *second hand* 46" TV that is missing a cable input and a stand. So...pretty much useless and insulting. Now, on top of reassembling and relocating, we have to find a wall mount and mount the TV if we ever want to use it. Oh, and not have cable. Unfortunately, I would never, ever recommend the Road Runners. Although Paul made an attempt to make amends, his efforts fell short of my expectations, especially when I was promised 55" TV. That was the kicker. This is especially upsetting because we had a flawless and beautiful move with Road Runners in 2014. I have recommended them to everyone I know and I'm a repeat customer. I have also left a glowing review for them in the past. I think I've been a 10/10 customer but I was treated with 0/10 courtesy. I was partially refunded some of the extra time we were charged for.

Excellent movers who are prompt, professional and friendly. Nothing was broken or out of place, they removed the stress of the entire moving process as we had to move twice due to our closing dates. I would recommend the Road Runner crew to anyone interested in packing and moving services, they are well worth the money.

I have used this company twice! They moved me from Keswick to Barrie and then again into another home in Barrie within a nine month period! They took excellent care of all of my personal belongings! I highly recommend them to all of my friends. Jane

We used Roadrunners for our move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment a couple years ago. We were so impressed with their service that we used them again this summer to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to our 3 bedroom house. They were incredibly organized and careful with our possessions. Brendon and Paul have their operation down to a tee and worked efficiently to get everything moved. When we think about what it would have taken to move ourselves, we are SO glad we hired Roadrunners to help. Would totally recommend them to a friend.
