K H Davis Engineering was a fantastic partner on our residential renovation project. They seamlessly collaborated with our interior design team, using our drawings to efficiently and accurately produce their structural set. Their communication was prompt and thorough, and they were always happy to answer any questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They also handled the permit application, and thanks to their clear and precise drawings, we received approval much faster than expected. Highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!

We found out about K.H. Davis Engineering through the underpinning company that worked on our basement in November/December 2024. Jomar came to our home to do the initial drawings for the underpinning work and was great! Very personable, and was able to give ideas and solutions for potential issues we may encounter. After the underpinning work was complete I reached out to Jomar again to assist with final drawings to get permits for the finishing work. Again he was great! Very responsive, thorough and quick to finish up the drawings and get them submitted to the city. Pricing was competitive. Would recommend!
