    dishwasher Repair

    Two year old Whirlpool dishwasher needed new control panel. Technician was unable to locate one in Calgary and Whirlpool did not have any in stock and could not confirm when one would be available. Also, cost to replace was over $350.00, so we have decided to purchase a new dishwasher (different brand). Technician was helpful in providing us with information that helped us make our decision.

    Washer Repair

    Great company to deal with! Professional and friendly service from the booking of my appointment to the actual service call. After fixing my washer, Darcy ran a cyclevto make sure it wasnt leaking. Only people I will call from now on for repairs!

    Whirlpool Refrigerator with freezer on bottom.

    My refrigerator is about 4 years oLd. My fridge quit working on a Saturday. Appliance service centre sent repair technician Louis Godor on Monday within the time slot they sent me. He seemed very knowledgable and explained that the thermostat was not working because of ice buildup in the back of the freezer. He advised me that I replace the jazz board as well as the thermostat so I wouldn't have that problem again in the near future. He had my fridge working again that same day. Thanks Louis! My daughter recommended this company and I will definitely recommend and use them again.

    Range Repair

    They came to our place last week to fix our broken oven. When using it suddenly black smoke came pouring from the rear while it was in use and we shut it off right away. We knew there was a chance it was wasn't repairable. They unfortunately confirmed our fear, showed us how not just the board had been damaged but also the wiring as well. They gave us a reduced rate for the call and lots of advice on what the best replacement options were (looking for something that would last a long time). Really appreciated their professionalism and promptness.

    stove top knob

    This company handled my problem efficiently. The repair person, Darcy, arrived on time (2 hour window for booking), was extremely polite and friendly and discovered what the problem was. A part had to be ordered but the knob was fixed on the second visit (no charge for that one) and I was very satisfied.

    Oven Repair

    Had a problem with my washing machine and my oven. Called Appliance Service Centre and was given an appointment within 2 days. Received an email the day before confirming the date and time (a 2 hour window was provided for my convenience). Louis arrived and solved my problems within a few minutes. He didn't have the required parts so he booked a return visit for 2 days later and promptly showed up and fixed the problem. Louis was very knowledgeable and personal. I will definitely use them again in the future if need be!

    Fridge repair

    Paid almost 400.00 for a part (coil) that was not needed, and the fridge still did not work after. Company did nothing to rectify the issue or follow up. We had to call in another company, who actually fixed it. Would never use Appliance Service Centre again!!

    appliance repair

    The gentleman arrived when expected, friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, knew what he was doing AND fixed the oven problem!! Even provided unsolicited advice for a secondary issue - much appreciated!

    dishwasher fixed

    Thanks for the prompt service and also for pinning the appointment down to a specific time frame rather than waiting all day for someone to come. Your repairman, John was a delight to chat with.     Our dryer and fridge repair

    We called a service man from the Appliance Service Center because our dryer stopped working. While fixing our dryer we mentioned an issue with our fridge. Louis was extremely helpful in explaining what problems were with both our appliances, why they occurred and how to prevent issues in the future. He was extremely personable, professional and guaranteed his work.
