    Stove oven not heating hot enough

    Our stove was not working, so I called for an appointment. They offered me one the next day. I got an email the night before, giving a 2 hour window of when the service man was to arrive. Louis cane on time, was very respectful and pleasant. He fixed the stove (it was the element). He had to remove the side panel, so was not an easy fix. We were very satisfied. We would reccomend this business.

    Washer not draining

    I was able to make an appointment online to have my washer looked at since it wasn't draining.I Louis from The Appliance Service Centre came during the specified time, was knowledgeable, professional and I would definitely call them in the future and highly recommend to others .

    Fridge Repair

    Lots of companies could have done the fix on our fridge, it was just the heater thermostat for de-frosting. It's the professional service that made me give the Appliance Service Centre the 10 star rating. Our technician was friendly and insightful as he explained the repair to my wife and myself.

    Oven bake element replacement

    The bake element in my oven had broken and we couldn't get one of the screws loose to repair it ourselves. It became much more complicated than a DIY job. I knew we needed a professional. Based on reviews I read on this site, I called Appliance Service Centre. I quickly had an appointment booked. Our tech, Louis, was just excellent. He was early, professional and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly, made sure the oven worked properly before leaving and even taught me a few things about the oven for future reference. I highly recommend this company. I also feel that I paid a very fair price for the repair. I will definitely call this company for any future repairs!

    Dryer Repair

    Our clothes dryer was making an awful sound and we could smell something burning. We searched for an appliance repair service on Home Stars and found the Appliance Service Centre highly recommended. We called and made an appointment. The service tech ( Darcy ) arrived early and diagnosed the problem within seconds ( I am not kidding ). Darcy resolved the issue quickly and professionaly. I would like to thank Darcy for his knowledge and his great customer service. I will be recommending the Appliance Service Centre to all of the owners in our condo community.

    Dishwasher repair

    We have a thermadore dishwasher and the spring in the door broke. John showed up the first time and assessed the problem; had to return with another part. Didnt charge for the first trip and when he came back he cut the quote by nearly half. Very honest company and very fast. Would definitely recommend this company. This company is very well run and John was fantastic. Thanks John!!

    washing machine repair

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Appliance service centre to repair my washing machine. Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. The service provider was friendly, organized and timely.

    Dryer repair

    I have used the Appliance Service Centre to repair my dryer and found their service to be excellent. They were very prompt and professional and were very helpful with the problems I was having with dryer. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again to service my appliances.

    Wall Oven

    Very impressed with this company. It was great to speak with a live person about the issues with my wall oven. Terry made scheduling easy and the company sent out an email confirming the time of my appointment the day prior. Most importantly, the technician (Darcy) showed up right on time, was extremely professional, honest and got the job done. Appliance Service Centre will be my "go to" for any future needs.

    Washer repair

    I have used Terry at Appliance Service Centre for a number of years now and I have always received great, reliable, honest on time service. If something is just not worth fixing, Terry will let me know before going ahead with a repair.
