    Great service

    Terry came by and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Stayed and tested it to make sure it was right. He was also able to move up the appointment, called ahead to check on a good time, and showed up exactly as planned We're very happy with the result.

    Quick; Efficient; Reasonable

    E-mailed them on a Sunday and Terry responded within an hour. I specified the repairs that were needed and asked for an estimate which was received quickly. Repairs were booked within 2 days and the job was completed quickly and professionally and billed as quoted. Wouldn't hesitate to use Terry again.

    Dryer service

    Service rep was very helpful in helping to diagnose dryer issue, and provided recommendations to assist in determining issue.

    Great service - would call again!

    Had an issue with a noisy fridge. Appliance Service Centre got back to me quickly when I submitted a service request. The tech, Louis came out the next day to check out my fridge. He quickly diagnosed the issue (fridge wasn’t elevated enough at the front, which was the cause of the noise) and fixed it for me. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and was pleasant and personable to deal with. Overall, I’m quite pleased with APC, and would definitely call them again. Pleasant and professional company to deal.

    Very satisfied

    I’ve finally found an appliance repair company which we will definitely call upon in the future whenever the need arises. Considering the low reliability of appliances in this day and age, this is somewhat of a relief! Our issue regarded one of the burners on our glasstop Samsung range was at a constant high. Although the part was initially backordered, I was kept in the loop. Their automated appointment system is reliable, service was quick and professional, price for repair was reasonable, couldn’t be more pleased.

    Dishwasher Fix

    Called for assistance to help with a dishwasher not working properly. Breanne was able to set up a same day appointment if necessary. Louis showed up the following day, quickly assessed the problem and provided a remedy. The customer service was great. From the immediate appointment booking to the phone call Louis provided well in advance saying he may be a few minutes late. All greatly appreciated.

    Oven Repair

    Oven on duel-fuel range not working with broiler element stuck in the "on" setting causing oven to overheat. Technician was able to quickly determine problem with relay/control board and provided a quote for the repair. He returned two business days later with the new control board and successfully repaired the oven. He also showed the damaged original part that was causing the problem. Booking service call online was easy and appointments scheduled within a 2-hour window. Terry, the technician, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable on repair issues in general.

    Repair of Microwave

    Microwave stopped working. Appointment was easy to book. The technician came out the next day, inspected for cause - it was a fuse. He changed the fuse, tested the microwave, installed it back into the cabinet. All in al, the work was done in pretty quick time. He was friendly to talk to and responded to all my curious questions adequately.

    Organized, on time, worked efficiently and effectively. Came in under quoted price. Very happy with service.

    Kitchen/stove repair

    Terry, showed up on time on very short notice and because this was a very high priority repair he fit us into his schedule. I always appreciate the person who can assist in solving my problem and even more important understand that some issues require immediate attention. We have another service call for him and look forward to his prompt service .
