Suddenly the oven did not work. Booked a service call with Appliance Service Centre because of 2 good experiences previously (stove and fridge). Problem fixed in short order. Still a happy customer!

The appliance centre replied very rapidly to my phone call and Terry came the next day. The drain was clogged and although it seemed clear when Terry left, he returned the second time when the problem reappeared because of a different but related difficulty. No charge and rapid response. Terry took the time to rate our dishwasher and explain some of the issues that arise with a Bosch. Really appreciated the information. The machine is working very well now.

Had a great experience with Appliance Service Centre. Replied right away, on time for appointments and fixed the leak without any trouble. Would 100% use again.

I had issues with an element in my oven which had become unscrewed and an element on the stovetop which was slow in igniting .

David was prompt, courteous, and did the repair to the dryer efficiently after explaining what the problem was and giving us a quote. He cleaned up when he was done and showed us that the repair had fixed the problem. We would definitely use Appliance Service Centre again.

We used this company for 3 separate repairs. We have been extremely happy with their service and cost. In fact, in one case, they recommended we buy a new appliance as the cost to repair was too expensive. This is a company you can trust. We would recommend them to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

Our older stove and oven was only functioning intermittently. A friendly, professional person came out within a few days and tried a few different things. It is now working! Appreciated having a conversation about options and parts with them.

Due to parts shortage we opted to purchase new fridge. Even still staff is very professional and friendly. Used them in the past and will use them again in the future!

Great service...got the appointment time I needed...very professional and knowledgeable and would certainly use again. Nice to be able to get someone to service the rural area too. Unfortunately the fridge couldn't be repaired
