    Ensuite Renovation

    Tanya was a friendly and very knowledgeable consultant. She was a great help in picking colours and products such as new light fixtures, floor tiles etc. Tanya answered our questions clearly. Sheilagh coordinated the entire project beautifully. We appreciated her daily call to inform us what to expect the next day, keeping us in the loop as the project moved on. All of the workers who came into our home to work on this project were very respectful to us and the house, from laying down mats to walk on, covering the furniture with plastic and vacuuming each day before leaving. Unfortunately we do not have a list of all who worked on the project but a few name were Matt, Andre, Raymond, Kim, Dan, Manny and Darryl.

    Bathroom Renovation

    This was a demo and redesign of the main bathroom. From the initial contact, thru the deign and build, the project was run professionally, on time and on budget. Communication at all levels was excellent and I would recommend DBK for any Bathroom or kitchen project.

    Kitchen, Family room, Fireplace, Powder room, Bathroom and more

    The first and second floor renovation project in our home, which included, among others, the kitchen, living room, powder room and master bathroom, was managed very effectively from the beginning of the design up to the end of the work. We had a great time working with Renée who was always of good advice. She has guided us in our choice of materials and our vision of the project. We greatly appreciated the professionalism of the entire Distinctive team who were anxious to deliver a quality product. We were impressed with the excellent customer service of all staff both in the administration and in the field. A big thank you to the entire team of Distinctive and especially Renée for her excellent work and overall vision. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with the final results.     Kitchen Renovation

    My experience working with Distinctive Bathrooms was great. The designer, Renée Marcil, was excellent at navigating us through the myriad decisions which must be made to put together a plan to achieve your dream kitchen. Renée was attentive to detail, and responsive to our requests and concerns. The workmanship provided by Distinctive Bathrooms was excellent, both from the work done, and the fact that worksites were always cleaned up each day. Additionally, the follow-up with Renée and her team were terrific with any requests being handled promptly and to our satisfaction. A class act from beginning to end.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Renee did an absolutely fantastic job on the renovation of the kitchen in my condo in 2012. It was a tight galley-type dark space and she was able to make it bright and inviting and looking like it just walked out of a magazine. When my wife and I sold the house in 2016 the buyer remarked that it was the kitchen that sold her on buying the house. I enthusiastically recommended Renee to my parents and she re-did their kitchen in 2014 and it looks stunningly beautiful as well. She is a pleasure to work with, listens to what you want, and guides you expertly through the myriad of choices you have to make during a project of this size. My wife and I will definitely be calling Renee to work on our new home in the future.

    bathroom renovation

    we renovated a bathroom . Marissa was very helpful in designing a bathroom for our children . The project was on time and the team was very professional . i am very pleased of this bathroom. i would recommend the team for any renovation

    Ensuite

    We opted for both the shower special and bath special as well as a few add-ons. Our designer Amandine was very helpful in steering us in the right direction and pleasant to work with. She helped me in all my choices and was very patient! The work crew was respectful, did very good work and cleaned up after every day. A particular thank you to Bryan for all his impeccable work and care. The office called every day to keep us updated on the next steps. We love our new bathrooms and would highly recommend Distinctive Bath. Marc and Louise

    Ensuite and dressing room

    Our experience with Distinctive was very enjoyable. From the beginning, our designer Susan Mitchell, was very attentive and efficient. She took the project at heart, showing that she cares and enjoys her work very much. Sheilagh Crombie did an excellent job coordinating the project, which was completed well ahead of schedule Kim is a great supervisor. We really appreciated his hands-on work at the same time as he was supervising and managing the entire project. He is a hard worker, extremely well-organized, conscientious and very personable. We love our new space: the ensuite and the dressing room with the frosted windows are a nice addition to our master bedroom. It’s exactly what we had envisioned. We thank the team of Distinctive as they are very personable and professional.

    Kitchen renovation

    We were very happy with the whole team at Distinctive Bath and Kitchen. They were professional, provided excellent client service and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Our Designer, Vida, spent a generous amount of time with us, answering all of our many questions! She was patient and very creative, thought of every detail. Our project manager Sheilagh kept in constant communication with us and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Their integrity and high standards are rare- they found small adjustments that we didn't even notice, and insisted on fixing it! Thank you!! We are so happy with our kitchen and have already recommended you to family and neighbours.
