    Main/Ensuite bathroom & Powder room renovation

    Ensuite bathroom and Powder room completely renovated in one month. Professional design by Marissa. Very patient and dedicated designer who paid attention to our needs and budget restrictions. Always ready to make adjustments along the project. She had great suggestions and proposed nice products to make it easier for us. Project manager Sheilagh kept us up to date on the progress at all times, which was really appreciated. Work crews were fast, on time and did a good job. They made sure we were satisfied with the work done adjusting and repairing all issues that came up. Also, good customer service – we had a small problem with one of the toilets and they came back home to fix it. Thank you Distinctive Bathroom and Kitchens! We would recommend DBK to anyone.     Kitchen, ensuite and guest bath reno

    We chose Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchens to renovate the kitchen, ensuite and guest bathroom of a 20 year old luxury condo. Throughout the process, our designer, Vida Kiani, provided the most pleasant, professional and superior service. She carefully analyzed the requirements, took extensive measurements and pictures, shared fabulous design ideas, addressed all of our many questions and concerns. In addition, Distinctive B&K has a beautiful showroom with an extensive array of products providing us with a one-stop-shop. This helped us immensely during the decision-making and selection process all expertly guided by Vida. In addition, the work is performed, managed and coordinated from inception to completion by Distinctive's team. After months of planning and construction, the final result was AMAZING. We would highly recommend Vida and the Coordination Team headed by Sheilagh Crombie for their excellent service and high quality workmanship.

    Kitchen and dining room renovation

    This was not my first experience with designers but my experience with Vida, the principal designer for DBK, OTTAWA, was by far my best experience. This was a complex design and renovation for many reasons that I will not go into here. Yet, Vida inspired confidence and respect from the outset and throughout the design. Vida was highly professional, creative, listened well and , most importantly, was patient. I came to the table with many ideas, dreams, functional requirements and budget restrictions. She was able to sort through these, bring suggestions and solutions, and help me make necessary compromises to achieve my various objectives. Never did I feel that she was imposing her views or disregarding my concerns or personal preferences. The end is a product that I love and enjoy and that works for my family. Her attention to detailed requirements, specs and costing resulted in no surprise when the project was turned over to DBK's project manager, Sheilagh, and construction lead, Michel, who delivered a high quality product. We have just retained Vida and DBK to design and renovate our sunroom/great room adjoining our kitchen.

    Kitchen Reno

    Thank you Distinctive Bathroom and Kitchens! Beautiful design by Vida and amazing work crews. Vida was very patient and understanding as we had difficulty in deciding what we wanted. There was no pressure and she even guaranteed our estimates even though it took a while to complete the design. Once the work started Sheilagh the Project manager made sure to keep us up to date on the progress at all times. That made the whole experience stress free. Work crews were professional, on time and dedicated to doing a quality job. Especially Michel, who paid attention to detail and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Distinctive Kitchens Manager Dominic was very supportive and consulted with us regarding any concerns we had. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure talking to him. We have already recommended Distinctive to our friends and family. Ryda

    I gutted my main bathroom and had Distinctive Bathroom and Kitchens install a deep bathtub from Neptune along with surround tile. The finish is breath taking.

    My wife and I wanted to update a dated and drab bathroom. We chose a deep bathtub from Neptune and a beautiful tile from Centura. The result was breath-taking. Friends, family and neighbours have come to see the finished product and they are all amazed. I am so pleased with Tanya Letourneau's artistic advice and Sheilagh Crombie's professionalism. The job was done on time, on budget and exceeded all expectations. I will be working with this company again to complete our second bathroom and kitchen. K. O'Brien

    Bathroom Self Renovation

    After having bought a toilet with Distinctive, and then waiting to install it for 2 months due to life circumstances, my wife and I discovered a crack in the toilet tank. We assumed that, because it was so long ago, that we would need to really plead our case. To our surprise, Marissa and the team at Distinctive had us bring back the cracked tank, and it was replaced free of charge with no hassle! Fantastic customer service! Thanks guys! A&A

    Kitchen renovation

    Thank you Distinctive Bathroom and Kitchens! Beautiful design by Renee Marcil and amazing work crews. Renee made our decisions easy each visit. She listened to what we wanted and gave us everything and more than what we expected. We now have our magazine kitchen. Project manager Sheila made sure to keep us up to date on the progress at all times. Work crews were professional, on time and dedicated to doing a quality job. We love spending our time in our kitchen, even more than we used too.

    Bathroom Renovation

    We signed our contract with Distinctive for a bathroom renovation on April 15 and at the time were told that the projected start date was June 1. At end of May we were notified that the Distinctive crew would be on our doorstep June 1 at 0700 to commence the renovation. At contract signing, Distinctive estimated a 3 week renovation period however 2 ½ weeks after commencement we had a completely renovated bathroom. Marissa, our Designer, walked us through the task of design options and once the design was complete, helped us to selected everything from the cabinetry and flooring to the paint colour. In the end everything matched perfectly. The project could not have bee successfully completed without the sound project management skills of Sheila. Every day she called to let us know what she had scheduled for the following day and what time to expect the workers to arrive. She was our constant point of contact for anything to do with our renovation. The workmanship by Kim and his crew was impeccable. I have not seen anyone so intent on achieving perfection in many years. There was no problem that Kim and his team couldn’t solve and the finishing touches they provided were well thought out. From the design, to project management, to construction team, the personnel were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and a true credit to the Distinctive team. We are extremely pleased with and proud of the end result. Choosing Distinctive was an extremely good decision on our part. As the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”. We would gladly recommend Distinctive to anyone.

    Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations

    One of our most satisfying experience working with a Superb Designed Renee Marcil and the entire crew at Kitchen and Bath. Not only they were on schedule but delivered amazing service from start to end. Our Gourmet Kitchen that is my playground gives us immense pleasure to cook and entertain. Our guest bathroom was used about a week ago by my visiting relatives from UK and did not want to leave and am sure had showers twice a day. I am very proud to recommend B & K and especially Renee to design your next renovation Project - Two Thumbs UP!!

    Kitchen

    Had a great experience dealing with Renee Marcil our kitchen designer. She was very attentive to all our needs and requests. We had great time dealing with her. I should also add, that all the workers were very considerate and clean.
