Chris and Jason were awesome. Returned my call within 24hours and arrived to give me a quote within an hour of speaking to them. Once we agreed on a cost, we scheduled an appointment, for which they promptly showed up and did a clean job. Edit: 3yrs later, I had to call another company to some issues with this install. Sleeves to protect the gas lines were not installed where they drilled the gas lines through floor tiles. Shut off valves were not installed correctly and strapped down.

We received a tag on our furnace from the gas company. We called the guys from True Home Comfort. They were extremely honest, friendly, thorough and fair. They did an excellent job, answered all of our questions and did an excellent job installing our new furnace. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a new furnace.

Extremely satisfied! I had a humidifer installed on my furnace and the service, communication and installation were excellent. Very professional, prompt and I would recommend True Home Comfort to anyone.

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Jason and Chris. Over the phone and in person, they were friendly, on time, patient and provided the trustworthy, frank advice that a good friend would offer.

I called True home comfort after trying for several weeks to get someone to help me rectify some code violations. Jason called me right away, and not only agreed to help me, but he actually investigated the problem and advised me that he would do whatever he could do to help. Jason and Chris came to my house on time (early in fact) and they did everything they could to help me. When they were unable to fix one problem that was outside of their scope, they tried to recommend companies that might be able to assist me. The work was done well and the fee was reasonable. I am very grateful for their help and would recommend them highly.

Chris and Jason installed a general aire humidifier in Jan 2012 and it working great! They were both amazing very helpful - answered all my questions and showed me how to clean the filter when the time comes. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Chris and Jason were amazing. They arrived right on time and went to work right away. They removed my old furnace, installed the new one and even fixed the ductwork around the furnace so there was no air loss. I challenge anyone to find another company more dedicated to quality of work and customer service. I plan on having them return to install a new A/C and humidifier later this year and to follow up with yearly maintenance of my new units, through them.

I emailed True Home Comfort after reading reviews on HomeStars because our humidifier was broken and the house was extremely dry. Chris replied to my email immediately and presented several options, including fixing the old one on our furnace. Because he recommended a new humidifier and it seemed reasonable in cost, I took this option. Jason and Chris came at exactly the time they said; they worked quickly and efficiently. There were no surprises in cost or service. They were very professional. Our home is far more comforatable now and I am happy to recommend them. They are a small company just starting out and are far more customer service oriented than the big guys and they know what they are doing

Our furnace was not keeping the set temperature in our house and it was getting very cold in the house at night. We changed the thermostat but this did not solve the problem. We called True Home Comfort and they came the next day. They were very professional and they explained the problem and fixed it quickly. The line which drains the condensation was kinked and water was building up in the line and getting into the motor. They replaced the tube and now the furnace works perfectly. The cost was very reasonable.

Chris responded promptly to my request regarding the installation of a humidifier. He provided a fair quote, told me about the product they were going to install and set up an appointment the same day! It was great to talk to the owner and know he was also the one doing the work. Both Chris and Jason came to the house, installed the humidifier, tested it (twice!) and told me how to operate and maintain it. I had another issue in my house and they offered to take a quick look; they even fixed the problem - no charge! Chris and Jason are friendly and professional. I highly recommend True Home Comfort and will give them a call for any of my future heating or air conditioning needs.
