Our landscaping project involved interlocking of an extended front porch, side walkway, driveway borders, backyard patio, a concrete pad for a shed, and flower beds. We searched for a landscaping company largely by the Internet and, after looking at many providers, we zeroed in on Burl-Oak Landscaping. Based on the combination of amazing website photos and very positive reviews, we decided to set up a meeting. The process began with Mark visiting our home. He was very personable and attentive, and offered insightful suggestions that spoke to our taste and needs. We decided to hire the company.
When the work began, the construction crew led by Lou’ay arrived as scheduled and they immediately got to work in the very hot summer heat. And within two days we could see things coming to life, and amazingly three days later the job was completed. Finally, the outside of our home had the look and impact we were looking for. In short, the Interlocking looked beautiful and just like we envisioned and hoped it would be. Beside our total satisfaction with the high quality material and work Burl-Oak did to our property we will add that: the company demonstrated complete professionalism, offered competitive pricing, and the project manager, Mike, was great to work with; he ensured that the project got completed in a timely manner and to our specification, and that everything was cleaned up before they left. Additionally, Lou’ay provided us with helpful landscaping tips for our flower beds, which were added to the project at a reasonable cost. After the project was fully completed, he came back to visit and did a final inspection, and at that time we asked for a minor correction, which he gladly agreed to and completed. As a result of our highly positive experience working with Burl-Oak and crew, we are happy to recommend them to our circle of friends and beyond.
