    AC installation

    We were very pleased with your guidance, knowledge and follow up on our activities in getting the new AC installed. The technicians that completed the installation were also very knowledgeable in their work, kind, answered all my questions and very clean while undertaking the work. Job well done by all. We will definitely be recommended to others.

    New Furnace and A/C

    I would like to thank Sandip from Furnace king for his excellent customer service. I highly recommend Furnace king. The whole buying process was pain free. Sandip made the right recommendations for my house size and budget and provided the perfect units to keep my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. In addition, their after sales customer service is one of the best. After installation, they made sure my Funace and a/c unit were working perfectly and made adjustments when needed. Sandip was easy to reach and promptly responded to all my inquiries with excellent advise. It was a pleasure to deal with Furnace King. For sure they are king among Furnace providers.

    Excellent service and workmanship.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Sandip to discuss my options of installing a possible new furnace and a.c. unit. I had just bought an old outdated bungalow with no a.c. and wanted to update the furnace (9yrs old) and add an a.c unit. I told Sandip my reno ideas and to my surprise he was brutally honest. Instead of replacing everything he informed me just to fix what was necessary as I was planning a 2nd floor in the future and it would be a waste if money to update as the current unit wouldn't support any addition. I did call another few big names but it was obvious after 5 mins with the others reps that they just wanted to rip the old one out an install everything new. Sandip's expertise, honesty and his approach are what set him apart from the other companies. The servicemen also did an excellent job installing the new a.c unit, which matched my furnace unit (amana). They installed the a.c unit perfectly with no issues. Overall I am very pleased with the work and service provided. J would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends. Sandip also came back to my house to drop off the a.c. cover which was out of stock previously. This goes to show you he's a man of his word and I now have a trusted company I can depend on in the future Thanks, Jason B

    AC and Furnace Install

    I just had my new AC and furnace installed this week and I am very happy with their work. Sandip and his team did an amazing job and were very professional. Sandip is very knowledgeable and I felt confident I was putting the right equipment into my home. He also showed me how much we would save on our utility bills by installing more energy efficient equipment. The install/service team also deserve credit was they too were very professional and friendly. From removing the old equipment and installing the new ones, they kept the work space very clean and went over the entire system with me before they left. I would highly recommend if you are looking into a new AC/Furnace system

    Furnace and AC install

    FURNACE KING is a very professional company from the minute you call to book an appointment all the way until the job is done and even after. Sandip is awesome at explaining how everything will be installed and inform you on how everything works to make the proper decision for your home. Very reasonable price also. I will forever use Furnace King for any future projects

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    Excellent from sales to installation. Sandip was very knowledgeable on the sales side and the guys doing the installation were very good and efficient. Follow up calls and emails were made to ensure satisfaction. Top notch all around. Would definitely recommend!!!!

    New Furnace

    My furnace broke down at the end of the last winter and fortunately I had the chance to thoroughly review multiple installation companies/quotes and various brand names before I made my decision. I decided to go with Furnace King, partly because of the homestar ratings (surrounding support of their customers long after installations, quality), the company history, differentiators to other companies. After I made my decision to go with Furnace King, I had the pleasure to meet Sandip to discuss options etc. I must say that Sandip understands and knows his stuff. I asked him a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them and his recommendations were on point. The crew that came to do the installation did a fantastic job including venting out to the outside. They were thorough and making sure that everything was clean after. Brian came during the installation to check on whether everything was being done accordingly and gave me some valuable pointers on the set up and maintenance. The only thing that's left is to actually turn on the furnance for the upcoming winter season and Brian recommended not to do it due to the hot summer days. Once I can check it off my checklist, I will probably change my rating to a higher one and add an update.

    HVAC Installation From Furnace King

    Had A new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed by Furnace King last week and received nothing but the best customer services thus far. Sandip, the Comfort Consultant was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach in putting together a great HVAC package for me at a very competitive price. He also followed up and answered all my queries via phone calls and emails after the installation to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. He even promptly arranged a post installation review to rectify a couple of minor issues that I had with the installation. Joe and his partner did a great job of installing the system 3 days later (just in time for the 2nd heat wave of the summer) with minimal problems and mess noted. Claudio did the post installation review of the system to ensure the AC is running efficiently as well as rectifying some of my concerns with the installation to my complete satisfaction. Justine the office sales coordinator also did a great job of coordinating the scheduling and registration of the warranty. Throughout this whole process, I have received exceptional client care and I believed that I have make the right decision going with Furnace King for my HVAC needs. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Sandip and Furnace King to my neighbours and friends. Keep up the excellent work! You have earned my trust and appreciation in a sometimes unscrupulous heating and cooling contractor business environment!

    Replacement of Furnace and A/C

    I wanted to replace our furnace and a/c but since it was not an emergency and the total expense would be significant, I met with several vendors and spent a couple of months researching it. Furnace King was by far the most professional and the most price competitive provider. Sandip met with me several times and was always available to answer my repeated queries. He is knowledgeable and thorough in his approach, in fact when I was considering more features he advised that it was unnecessary. Similarly, the installers, Joe and his team, are very competent and careful, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and back to normal before they left. Brian, the head technician, is also highly professional and followed up with a visit to ensure the equipment was functioning smoothly. I would have no hesitation to recommending them to my friends.

    Professional installation service

    We were trying to replace our 20 year old furnace and ac..I got multiple quotes from different vendors but none of them were up to mark except Sandeep from furnace king. Sandeep was very knowledgeable and patiently answer all of my questions . Installation team was remarkable and installed everything within time and with minimal destruction for outside vent. I am satisfied with service and new furnace and ac is working like charm . I am happy since my long pending cooling issue is now resolved . Thanks Sandeep and team.
