    AC Installation

    Sandeep came to to house for assessment and gave me the best deal for AC Installation. Michael the guy who came and did the installation was really professional and finish the job in two hours

    Installation of new Air Conditioning System

    We are extremely pleased with the recent work completed in our home by FurnaceKing. After calling for a service to our A.C. unit, we were told by the FurnaceKing technician that we needed a new unit. That same evening, a representative called and explained how the system works and suggested different suitable units for our home. The work was completed the following week. The installers worked neatly and cleanly in our home, answered our questions & explained exactly how it had been installed. This visit was followed up by another technician to check we were happy with the work. Following this installation, we required a further call-out to repair our water heater, and to install a water pump. All this work was scheduled very efficiently by the office receptionist, who always answers the phone in person. Over the years we have been extremely pleased with FurnaceKing's response, suggestions and efficiency.

    New AC and Furnace

    The AC and furnace installation were completed as promised - all details itemized on the bill were followed and the schedule was adhered to. All company representatives are pleasant to deal with.

    Furnace, AC, Water Heater

    We had excellent experience with these guys. Sandip, the sales rep, explained the whole process and the options available, patiently answered all our questions, and ultimately gave us a very good deal. More importantly, he delivered what he promised. The technicians (Joe, John and Dave) came on time, very courteous and professional, and did a very good job. They took pains to do minimal changes to my finished basement, did not rip apart the insulation (which can happen with other contractors), and did a very clean job. I also appreciate Sandip's follow-up call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

    Furnace, a/c, water heater

    Sandip came to our house, explained everything about the new appliances, and had them installed very quickly. The quality of the work was very high. One or two small problems were corrected with no argument. We are very happy with our new appliances, and would recommend Furnace King to everyone.

    A/C installation

    Sandip was a referral from a family member. He took the time to explain the principles of A/C operation, the requirements for our home size, and the various models and options available to us. He gave the detailed scope of work to be done, including a levelled patio slab for the unit to sit upon. On installation day, the service crew were on time, did a clean job, and there were no issues at all. I would highly recommend Furnace King to others. Top notch work!

    installing new Air conditioning and Furnace

    Very great and knowledgeable sales person to help us choose the best option for our house. I also receive a good deal and package, their technicians arrived on time an did a really clean and professional job.

    NEW FURNACE, AC AND WATER HEATER

    We initially wanted just a new air conditioner installed but then Sandip who is the rep for Furnace King outlined the benefits of installing a new furnace along with a new air conditioner and water heater. He took great care in giving us the best price possible and we felt very comfortable after he reassured us of the whole installation procedure. The 3 technicians who came, John, John and Brian were excellent. They were very professional and were very careful in not making a mess by covering all our floors. We were extremely happy with Furnance King and would highly recommend them.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner Unit

    My furnace was breaking down. After investigating several companies, I decided to contact Furnace King. I had heard they provided excellent customer service...which is the truth. An appointment with Sandip was easily arranged and at a time convenient for me. Sandip expertly, politely and thoroughly explained all my options. We decided to install a Trane furnace and A/C unit. Sandip arranged for the installation for the same week. The installation team (Joe, John and Brian) not only did an excellent job, but was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. Plus, they put down carpets on my floors and wore protective shoe covers. I highly recommend Furnace King for your furnace installation.
