    furnace quote and humidifier replacement

    This winter, our humidifier stopped working. As a result, we began looking into getting a new humidifier in conjunction with getting a high-efficiency furnace. Sandip from Furnace King came to our home to explain all of the options and to give an estimate. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. My husband and I learned a lot from speaking with him. We eventually decided to just replace the humidifier this time around. Sandip was able to suggest to us an excellent product at a price that was in our budget. We were pleased that he was able to book an appointment very quickly, and on a Saturday (any other day would have required us jumping through a lot of hoops). Despite it being cold and thus a very busy day for 'furnace emergencies', Furnace King still sent Brian to our home Saturday morning to do the job. He was very polite, efficient and knew what he was doing. He taught us a few things along the way. We were pleased with our experience. Sandip, the individual we initially dealt with, even got in touch with us after the work was done to see that we were satisfied. We will definitely be going back to Furnace King when we're ready to replace the furnace.

    Furnace And AC Installation

    Hi Sandip Thanks for the follow up. Mike was awesome and very professional in the installation. Absolutely you we correct.. I finally took off my hat in the house! You cannot even tell the difference when you walk in my sons room and we sat in the tv room without 3 blankets! Who knew ! You can actually feel heat through the vents upstairs.. Wow This is what a comfortable home is like.. It is really great to purchase something and get everything you were promised. We made the right choice for sure and glad it was with furnace king. Thank you so much

    New Furnace/AC install

    My girlfriend and I decided to get a quote for her parents as they needed a new furnace.... very badly! We were able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday with one of their Home Comfort Advisers, Sandeep. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in layman's terms where even the most non-savvy person would understand. We discussed all options and the pros/cons of each, along with a rough estimate of yearly savings. We were sold on the spot. Their installer Mike was very professional and courteous, who even went out of his way to help with a completely unrelated matter. We also had a humidifier installed and had duct cleaning performed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for quality installation with great peace of mind knowing that you're covered if anything ever happens at any time during the year.

    Tankless water heater cleaning

    After moving into our house for a few years, I thought it was time to clean the tankless heater. The original company that installed the unit was no longer in business and I received a letter in the mail from Furnace King that they were taking over their customer base. I went online to look up their ratings on Homestars and decided to contact them for the cleaning. Their service pre-sales service was top notch and the service guy was punctual. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Overall a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Furnace & AC Installation

    After a lot of research I decided that Trane would be a quality choice for a furnace and AC upgrade. Furnace King was the only heavily reviewed installer so I contacted them. The positive reviews Furnace King are accurate especially the high customer service level provided by Sandip. Honestly, if you are looking to replace your furnace and AC, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to Sandip. He takes the time to educate you properly. I'm an architecture professional and I can attest to his knowledge. Before anything, educate yourselves first and make good decisions. The only negative part I found about this was that the quality of the installation of the chimney liner wasn't as good as everything else. Overall a definite recommendation.

    new furnace

    My furnace was 28 years old. It was makina a lot of vibrating noise.I changed the furnace filter. It continue to make a lot of noise.l I decided to upgrade to an high efficiency furnace . Furnace king gave me a 10 year maintenance for a new Trane furnace. Very satisfied.

    AC Installation

    On Tuesday, July 16th, 2013, I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting with Sandip of Furnace King. Upon his first greeting, I felt quite at ease that he was an excellent representative of a reputable air conditioning company. Being a newly separated mom, I was a little hesitant at first, about making such a huge decision to purchase a ductless air conditioner with a company of whom I had not heard. Sandip made me feel at ease, as he fully explained about his career with Furnace King and the history of the company itself. He then shared about all the benefits and cost savings of the air conditioning unit. He showed me, in depth, the different options I had for which unit would be most beneficial and I was amazed when he said I would be able to defer the payments as well, for one year! He also followed up during the week after I made the decision to go ahead with the installation, to make sure I felt relaxed about the purchase and if I had any further questions. Being an extremely hot week of the summer, we needed the air conditioner within good time and only 4 days later, very promptly, on Saturday, July 20, 2013, Mike and his team, arrived at our home right on time at 8:45 am. He also, was most pleasant and courteous, along with his team of colleagues in training. They even laid the red carpet, (and I am not even a member of famous celebrities !!)to protect our floors and carpets and worked diligently for 6 hours, explaining how the A/C unit would work. Mike also made suggestions, as to how we could change the look of the walls, as some extra piping had to be moved to accomodate the wiring. As well, I didn't have to worry at all, as the old unit was taken away by Mike, which was one less thing for me to think about! We wish to send both Sandip and Mike, our sincere thanks for a job well done and for making our home very comfortable with the new air conditioner. We would be most happy and will be sure to forward their names along with Furnace King, to all our friends. As well, we received the free coupon for a trip for two, which hopefully my family and I can use very soon! Many thanks again, Mike and Sandip.

    "Recently I bought from Furnace king a Heating and air conditioning system for my house and I would like to tell you that I am very satisfied with everything.     Trane Airconditioner

    Sandip responded to our inquiry through Home Depot for a replacement air conditioner. He was very professional, outlining the features and benefits of a Trane air conditioner and the service provided by Furnace King. After installation he made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. I nice touch. Installation was completed within a few days of our order by Mike and John. They were terrific, completing the installation promptly and even making some adjustments to allow for easier filter changes. When they left the house they cleaned up and took all material them. We would gladly recommend Furnace King, Sandip, Mike and John for air conditioning.

    AC Installation

    The installation of our new Trane air conditioner unit went extremely smoothly, not to mention it was completed (including total cleanup) within a 2 hour window. No mess, no fuss! The 2 reps from Furnace King who did this job were very friendly, attentive and informative, and obviously knew their stuff. This experience was everything Sandip said it would be. As well, I really appreciated receiving Sandip's personal call to us that same evening to follow up on the installation. Great service works and I look forward to your next installation into our new home in early 2014 with Furnace King. We are extremely pleased overall as our home is now "cool as a cucumber". I will be recommending Furnace King to all my friends and new neighbours too. Thank You for a job well done!
