Eni from Royal Crown has done some work I the past for us, this time I hired Royal Crown Aluminum to do the leave collectors and downspouts as well as vinyl siding for a very important project. As the previous job, they went above and beyond. I want to thank Eni and his crew for the outstanding customer service, the quality, cleanliness and efficient manner they executed the work. I have no reservations to recommend & continue to trust them with similar jobs. Best wishes.

I got Royal Crown to replace my 20 year old eavetroughing in Oct 2011. After completion of the job I noticed that a dripping leak was coming from one of the 135* corners at the back of the house about 5' from a downspout on to the hand rail of my deck. I called them and they sent someone to caulk it. Unfortunately that did not stop the leak. I called again and was told that a "project manager" would be in touch (like the initial repair). This project manager did not call back. Winter set in so this leak was forgotten until spring. In the spring of 2012 I called again about the dripping leak. I got the same response about a project manager calling me back to make arrangements. The project manager never called back. After the third or fourth time I stopped calling until this spring. I went up on the roof to try to seal it myself to discover that the corner was a low spot and the water pools in the corner and does not go to the downspout. I decided to try calling again. This time I called and emailed. The person at Royal Crown said she would look into it. After a few more calls and emails I was informed that; 1. They have no record of my complaint. (They did re-seal it once) 2. It is now past the labour warranty (2 years) but if I wanted an estimate for a re-sloping that I could speak to a project manager. I said yes. The project manager still has not phoned me (over two weeks). I am very disappointed with this service. I used Royal Crown based on the reviews in Home Stars. I would have recommended Royal Crown if it were not for this issue.

So happy I contacted this company. The railings totally transform the front of my house. Eni was so helpful and informative explaining the entire process to me. Ben, the installer was fantastic, very polite and professional even introducing himself...a real rarity but most appreciated. Eni returned at the end of the installation to check my satisfaction with the project. Everything I was told to expect, happened. Olga, in the office also followed up with an email to verify I was happy. Very well run company with people who seem to truly care about the customer. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly contact for other projects.

Very happy with sofit and flashing work done for a garage project. Good advice, timely action, excellent communication. Eni was an excellent help and followed up to ensure everything was done to satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend them and plan to use them again on future projects.

We hired Royal Crown to replace our rusty old steel railings with new aluminum railings and replace our siding at the front of the house. Dorian was the estimator we met with and he took us through the process and then Alex from the office made it all happen. The company kept us informed every step of the way and now we have a sharp looking railings and the new siding really made a difference to the house exterior! We have a unique house/roof which has been prone to flooding; Royal Crown was dedicated to their work ensuring that our issues were resolved. Royal Crown customized our easetrough layout so that water would flow without flooding.

I had a custom built home and Royal Crown did work on a house down the street so I figured I would give them a call. I am very pleased to say that this was one of the only contractors that showed up when they said they would, quoted me accurately and everyone on their team was very professional. The winter did a number on the small building I live in and maintain. I desperately needed the gutters and downpipes fixed because the water was leaking everywhere! I was referred to royal crown by my daughter and I must say they were the best company I've worked with yet. Dorian was so polite and took the time to make sure I understood everything and even showed me how the ice weighed down my gutters and pulled them away from the building. It was nice to work with a company that truly cares about their customers!
