    Piano Landed safely

    SEMs moving did a great job in moving my spinet piano on short notice. The movers were very professional and worked out some difficulties with the stairway landing at the delivery. clearly tpros in moving pianos at a decent price. Thoroughly great all round job ! I put forward them to anyone with a piano relocation as they will not be disappointed.

    De-Stressed day

    The men did a great job on what could have been a very stressful move for me. But they made the experience on moving day easy with a good attitude and professionalism. Much appreciated! No fuss, just got on with the job in hand carried it out perfectly. Access was not easy, but they protected all doorways they went through, along with my furniture. Appreciated the way the office handled the setting up of the date and time, quick response time with the actual estimate. Well done!!

    Less than expected

    I just moved last week and I can`t say enough about how happy I was. I booked my move with Gary who was quick and efficient and got all my scheduling info completed. He answered all my questions concisely. I only had a studio apartment and was loaded in about an hour. these men move quick !! they lent me a couple of wardrobe boxes for the day free of charge. Unloading was done at a fast pace, so I was well pleased that I came in under budget. They deserved the tip I gave them. Well done.

    Well played game

    Vlad and Mike were prompt, took attention to move my things without causing any damage to the walls or dropping them when they delivered them to the drop-off location. They organized everything and we did not have to worry about anything at all. I liked working with them and they were in the game the entire way. They have a good work ethic and I appreciated that tremendously. They made a very stressful day and situation a lot easier. I would recommend the services to friends and family.

    Flawless, stress free

    The entire move from scheduling, pick-up and delivery went flawlessly. The driver Nick was outstanding, he maintained communication with me at all times at the move. He was professional and compassionate towards my needs. They went up and down stairs for what seemed an eternity. Very efficient. Don`t know what I would have done without them. All my things arrived safely and undamaged. A big thank you to everybody at Sems Moving. I will be telling everybody about what a fantastic stress free service that you provide.

    All round contentment

    From start to finish SEMs moving and storage were fantastic to work with. I initially spoke to Alexander in Customer service who I have to say was the most professional rep I have ever worked with in a long time. He set up an estimate with Mike and followed up very swiftly. On the day of the move Hani, Martin and Phillip wrapped all my furniture for storage and they were very careful when moving everything. There were a couple of extremely heavy pieces they moved without uttering a complaint. Everyone we worked with on this project was professional and a pleasure to come in contact with. We could not have been happier with our choice of movers and will surely recommend to everyone along the way.

    Storage unit

    We wasted a lot of time chasing a few of the moving companies we had heard about, but they did not seem to be able to accommodate our timing options. SEM`s provided a great service from the get go ! Arranged an on-site estimate and provided us a months storage at a decent price. The moving team were great and were back with us for the second stage, so we had some continuity. Very professional, very careful and very friendly. Absolutelyfantastic ! Great work from the guys - we are in debt to you!

    a very positive experience

    We had a very positive experience with SEMS moving and storage. The crew arrived on time as promised, handled all our furniture as if it was their own. They made it easy and were a pleasure to work with. They gave us the same great crew for the move into our new premises, so they knew how everything was stored in the unit. We even had an old school arcade machine as part of our inventory and they took care of it at a very reasonable handling fee. Awesome!!!

    Local move

    I was recommended to Sem's Moving as i had to relocate due to severe water damage to my apartment into a rental, with most of my home into storage. the two teams who carried this out turned up on time and were both efficient and charming. Even though access was difficult as i live in a narrow street, they made what was essentially an anxious time very easy and despite the weather and despite the difficulties they faced in respect of the larger items. They could not have been more helpful. I would certainly recommend again and in fact have already done so.

    I just completed a local move and could not be happier with the service provided by SEMs. So happy I chose them from the reviews I saw!!! Getting a quote from Alex was a breeze. He was so nice and professional. Eugene and Vasily arrived on the mark on Saturday morning. They shot me a text to let me know their arrival time, so I was well prepared. They showed great skill in packing the elevator and causing no damage. I met them at the delivery address and only had to wait approx 5 mins, so no slouching there!
