I was getting carpenter ants in kitchen. I called couple of companies and chose Pestokill because of they answered all my questions with patience. I had amazing results with there treatment. Don't see ants anymore in my kitchen. They sprayed along the baseboards which evaporated within few minutes. There was no greasiness or staining. Really good service!

My exterminator's name was YahYah. He was great, he talked about how to deal with bed bugs and gave me an amazing customer service. I am very thankful! I would give him and the company 11/10 stars if I could!

Made a call first thing in the morning regarding a rodent issue under my kitchen sink. I wanted the service done the same day and let them know of my availability. They called back promptly to confirm the time. Vance was prompt at my door at 4:30. Looked at the situation and confirmed we had a mice issue. During the next few days the activity increased and than slowed. About 12-13 days in we stopped having to clean mice droppings. I would use their service again.

I noticed mice for the first time a few weeks ago in my house and started freaking out. I have little kids and didn’t want them to be living under the same roof as mice. I don’t even want to imagine the thought of my kids coming into contact with mice or their droppings. I called Pest-O-Kill and Vance came. After finding mice feces in the room, on a neighbors recommendation, I put cinnamon oil in every corner of the house, but it didn’t do anything and my house had a constant smell of cinnamon. PEST-O-KILL’s solution was much more effective. Vance sealed a hole under the gas line entering the home and placed baits around the home. The visitors have now disappeared.

My mom found droppings around a pack of cookies in the pantry. She called a company to verify that it was indeed mice, The company scared her by saying that it was very possible that the number of mice in her tiny home could be in excess of one hundred. That didn't make sense to me and i told my mom that i will get a second opinion. I called and asked to speak to Vance. Vance called me back in 25 minutes and he said he was close to me and could see us in 15 minutes. He looked at the evidence and said that it is not possible to tell how many mice are present based on droppings because a single mouse and mice eating 1 box of cookies would create more or less the same amount of droppings. Vance made sense. I asked him to take care of the issue right away but he had to go to another job and was willing to come back in a couple of hours. I had to to go but my mom told me he did a wonderful job. nearly 4 months later and my mom is still happy as she has not noticed any droppings. If my mom who is very picky is happy with the work, it means he did a really good job.

I tried getting rid of mice on my own, using products from grocery stores, but failed. Mice poop was increasing in my basement kitchen with every passing day. So without wasting any further time, I called Vance for help. He blocked holes from outside, to prevent mice from coming in house, and placed baits in whole house. ten days later, I stopped seeing droppings. Vance was great. I was very happy with there customer service as well. Lady on the phone was able to answer all my questions patiently and assured me that we are in safe hands. Pestokill has won my trust.

Had been finding Ants for much over the last couple of years. Earlier this summer my son who now walks started grabbing them driving my wife crazy. Young man, Yah-yah showed up looked at the places we were finding the most and came to the conclusion that the ants were coming from a window frame on the front porch. I was perplexed because that was far from where we were finding them. He was right as only 20 minutes after he started the ant army began coming out and expiring. no ants in my house since... :) Service is very good.

Recently i noticed that every time i turn the lights on in my basement, little insects were visible. im not the expert so i called pestokill who confirmed that i had centipedes living in my basement. not that i use my basement but i had to have this fixed. vance did the job and i am happy with the results. its just good to know that i have nothing crawling in my basement anymore.
