I was shocked to see roaches in my house as I put a lot of effort to keep it clean. I called Pestokill and explained my situation to them. They were able to answer all my questions, so I immediately booked an appointment with them. They did a powder treatment, which was really effective. It has been three months now and I haven't noticed any roach since the treatment.

Before calling Pestokill I tried several home remedies to eradicate mice, I also bought traps from grocery stores bit nothing. I caught few as well but nothing seemed to solve the problem completely. I than decided to try Pestokill. Gentleman who came to my house was very professional, he blocked few holes from outside and than laid traps. 10 days later all mice were gone. I am thrilled with the result.

I had a Bed Bugs issue. I guess my baggage was infested while I was on my business trip to Brazil. It made my and my family's life miserable. I tried various products available over the counter, but no positive results. One of my friend in Toronto referred me about PESTOKILL (a family owned company). I called them and was fortunate enough to know that one of their Senior Exterminator has taken charge to expand the Pest Control business in Barrie and Orilia Greater Area. Mr. Waseem was a phone call away and inspected my house thoroughly. The treatment and plan which he discussed with me really worked on my side. Second treatment after 10 days as per plan was very effective with out any extra charge. Now my house is bedbug free with out disposing any furniture and mattress. We are NOT sleeping with the enemies any more. I strongly recommend PESTOKILL to deal with any pest related issue.

After providing proof that I was indeed a customer of Pest O Kill and very unhappy about the lack of follow up as promised, Pest O Kill came to my home, rectified the situation, reimbursed my money and even tried to get rid of a wasps' nest on my property. I am pleased with the response.

Excellent service, knowledge, and honesty. Got rid of wasps problem within an hour. While at home took a look at ants problem. They were building a nest in my basement. Thanks to the knowledge of Vence, he got rid of these 2 pests at once. Called them last night got a call back within 30 min. Got rid of the problem by noon today. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. I called regarding the removal of wraps from my property and they were able to come out the next day. I asked to be phoned before their arrival which they did with pleasure. He informed that their pesticides were fully biodegradable which was very comforting and also told me to call him the next day if I still noticed any issues (which I did not), but it was great to know that there was pride in the job done. Friendly and effective. Will use them again if needed without hesitation.

This is my 2nd review for Pest-o-kill. Last year is was to take care of a wasps nest; they were simply outstanding so I called them back for a new problem - this time a bat in the house. I called on Monday (yesterday) late at night (which happened to be a public holiday) yet Bashir showed up in about an hour. The bat had been flying around our house for about an hour before he arrived but I was unable to catch it on my own - and then I didn't know where it had gone. Within minutes of Bashir's arrival, he located the bat and safely removed it without any harm to the animal. He's clearly extremely experienced as he knew exactly where to look and how to handle the bat. The next day (today) he came back and installed wire screens on the top of the chimney to prevent any more bats from gaining access to the house (this is clearly how it got in yesterday as evidenced by both the bat droppings in the room where the fireplace is and the open spaces in the chimney). Bashir explained everything to me and showed me exactly how the screen would prevent any more bats from getting into the house via the chimney. On top of being a true expert at what he does, Bashir is totally professional and an absolute gentleman. I am a Pest-o-kill customer for life whenever needed -- no need to call anybody else. These guys really deserve all the 10-star reviews they receive.

We have fairly clean house. Although we did not notice any existence of any rodent, but to our surprise couple of weeks ago we noticed some tiny black droppings behind our stove. We cleaned it. After a few days my wife saw chewed cereal bag and few other bags of food in kitchen cabinet. She freaked out and called me at work. I discussed the situation with one of my colleague at work. On her recommendation, I called Mr. Vance of Pestokill. He was right on time of the appointment. He asked a series of questions and after a thorough inspection of the property dealt with issue by treating all three levels of the house including basement and garage. He assured to resolve the issue within 7 to 10 days. I am happy to say that we didn’t have problem anymore. Charges were very fair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors

Amazing Family owned company. Friendly and prompt service! If you are looking for pest control this is the company to go with. I was concerned about a hornets nest in my tree, very close to my house...and a yellow jackets nest at the very top of my roof. Called on Monday and it was dealt with on Wed. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, very humble, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you PEST TO KILL!

March 10- The day i was supposed to leave for vacation i see a few pavement ants around my patio door but don't think too much of them and leave for Florida. April 1st- I get back and the pavement ants have spread to the baseboards under my living room window. April 2nd- I spot Carpenter ants in my cold cellar. April 5th- my husband sprays ant out all over the place and it stinks up the entire home. April 9th- we begin to see ants everywhere. April 10th- My husband sprays again. April 20th- the ants are out of control and i decide i have had enough patience with my husbands spraying and call in Pest-O-Kill. April 24th until now, I have yet to see a single ant inside my home. And Vance is now my official exterminator.
