    Faucet cassette replacement

    Cold-called the number found on Google and was overwhelmed to have a plumber in my home within an hour and a half. The entire work order took 30 minutes. Krista was an amazing customer service rep and Thomas was an amazing plumber. All the stars! NB: cost borne by another; unknown actual total

    Well Done

    Called Thursday morning to have old tap removed and install new kitchen taps. The techs arrived shortly after noon and within a hour had me up and running. Thanks Lads!!

    Kitchen faucet repair.

    Faucet was repaired fairly quickly. Cameron was professional , poite and very helpful. Excellent service.

    Toilet Flush Valve

    I had a toilet that was not flushing and running water all the time. I called John the Plumber and the next day Geoff showed up and provided excellent customer service. He knew exactly what the problem was and was very knowledgeable about American Standard toilets. He also was friendly and guessed what I did for a living!

    Clogged drain pipe

    Pipe draining kitchen sink was badly clogged from sink all the way out to sewer. Geoff and Garret carefully explained the work they felt was needed, with which we agreed. They snaked and jetted the pipe and restored flow. They also supplied and installed a new kitchen faucet and installed shut-off valves. Their work was carried out efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Would recommend to others.

    Two clogged drains and a tap replacement

    We had two fully clogged upstairs drains and a leaky kitchen tap. Dawson and Alex arrived on time and very quickly moved to fix the issues. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Instead of fixing an old leaky tap, Dawson suggested that replacing it would be more productive and future proof, with only a slight increase in the overall cost. Dawson and Alex then worked very quickly to get the job done. Throughout, Dawson and Alex were relaxed, courteous and friendly.

    Repair Toilet in Powder Room, replace Basement Toilet

    We had a plumbing emergency come up and John the Plumber was on site the following day as requested. Geoff was amazing, on-time, courteous and took the time to explain everything and discuss options. Very happy with the service we received from both Geoff and Garrett - got the job done rapidly despite a few challenges. I would absolutely recommend John the Plumber, and particularly Geoff and Garrett - great customer service for sure. We are completely satisfied!

    Basement Bathroom Rough In + Back flow valve

    The service from scheduling a quote to the final day of work was second to none. Billy, Conner, Kam, Matt and Zach were friendly, respectful of my home and kept me informed of the work ensuring I was happy at each step. We came across some hurdles during the project but they worked with me to find the right solution and despite the hick ups ensured there was no delay to the work. They will be my first call for any plumbing work needed.

    Great job

    Very professional, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job in a very short period of time and they were on time which is very important. They also had a great sense of humour.
