Edit: 2 months after install, no rebate has even been sent in on my behalf.. Have called the showroom 3x during this time with no follow up (was told they will call head office and get back to me each time). I have done everything as required, and yet I am still wasting my own time with follow up... Called GreenON direct this morning, they will be taking it over for me...
Edit (cont'd), they did arrive the other day to replace a broken sash from install - it looked like a minor crack at first glance, but the whole frame was cracked through once I saw it removed. That repair tech/ installer was awesome, and he was kind enough to finish the job properly by applying some silicon lubricant to all the seals (supposed to be done upon install), as some of my windows were so hard to crank open I was afraid the gears were going to strip.. The silicon is needed to prevent this, better late than never.

Not bad overall, but YOU will need to follow up... If you are waiting 2 months for your rebate (as I am), call yourself... I have 5 more windows to do, and I will probably end up using them again (to match them), just hope their admin and follow up improves...
Ordered new Revocell series windows through Barry @ Northern Comfort Barrie back in October, I wasn't in a hurry for the install, and just had them put in today.
The value was great, even with new concrete sills it was the best price I could find. The GreenON rebate is a nice bonus as well!
Install guys (Scott and Darcy) were awesome, they were efficient and took the time to show and explain everything to me. Also helped me lay down a bead of missing silicon on a loose piece of roof flashing - nice added touch!
Would recommend to family and friends, overall good value - thanks!
