This was our second contract with Northern Comfort who now have replaced all our windows and front door. Peter was the sales rep who was very knowledgeable in the products and helped us with choices of products. Dave Sheppard and partner John Vidito were very professional and their workmanship outstanding. Very hard workers who got the job done on time and cleaned up all areas. Great ambassadors for the company. We are so pleased with the new door and windows.

Northern Comfort was the only company that was able to replace by basement window with out riping out my deck in front of it. My Sales rep Rick was great and assured me that it could be done. Lou did a fantastic job, and my window, it looks amazing. Thank you Northern Comfort.

Went from storm door/wooden to Steel glass entry doors. Installers Rod and Keelyn were excellent. Was a time mixup but worked out fine. Very pleased. Very good sales rep Peter.

Barry sold us this window. Prices were the same with other quotes but Barry was the only one who made an alternate window suggestion which we appreciated. Lou and Graham were friendly and professional. They explained anything that needed explaining and tidied up after themselves. We were pleased with the overall experience.

Found a window with rotted frame while cleaning this summer and was so afraid to start the process of replacing. We had a bad experience with another company 12 yrs ago and stopped replacing windows because of this. Northern Comfort understood my anxiety and make me feel a little bit comfortable. Josh & Jesse just left and I am super pleased! I didn't even need to vacuum and the new install is better than the original. We had an unusual install due to an elevator shaft in front of one side of window but they made it all look so easy!! Professional, competent, pleasant ..... I could rave on and on. We will definitely be getting more of our windows done without waiting for an emergency replacement - I will be recommending Northern Comfort to everyone. Still can't get over that I don't need to clean, fix, patch, paint.....nothing for me to do except sit and look out my new window!

We had the pleasure of Crew leader Darryl and Jay working a 10 hour day in our home. They were super friendly and efficient in every way possible. They went out of their way to make sure everything was well covered and left our home in fantastic shape. I look forward to calling Northern Comfort for any future business from now on...Their staff is a number 10!! I will highly recommend them to friends and relatives!!! Kudos!!!!

Dennis sold us an excellent North Star patio door at an amazing price. Crew Leader, Darryl, and installer, Jason, were polite, careful with our home, and tidied up very well after the job was done. When an unexpected, rotted sill and beam were discovered, Darryl and Jason went out of their way to correct the structural problems before installing the patio door. Outstanding!

Great job on the install. Josh the insTaller was very polite and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure a proper fit and his work was excellent. He cleaned up afterward and I would certainly recommend this company for its customer service.

I was so nervous about having my windows replaced and trying to find a company that I could trust. After speaking with Dennis, one of the sales representatives at Northern Comfort, I knew I was in good hands! He is truly amazing and walked me through the process with no pressure to purchase from this company. The crew who came to install the windows were absolutely amazing. Josh and Doug were very professional and respectful. They accommodated all of my questions and even helped me to make some last minute changes when the false window at the top of my house could not be changed the way I had hoped. Josh provided me with some alternative options and patiently waited for me to decide. When they were done, they were very carefully with cleaning up. I would definetly recommend Northern Comfort. The transformation to my home is unbelievable! I have received a number of compliments from people who have walked by and stopped to speak to me about my windows and the change it has made. A big Kudos to the team at Northen Comfort!!

We just got our new front and back door installed yesterday. Northern Comfort was amazing from start to finish. Purchasing the doors was painless and no pressure. Great price for high quality, For installation we had the two greatest installers Darryl and Jay. They were very professional and courteous (lined our floors and covered our belongings with plastic). They were thorough and made sure the job was done right. They were a pleasure to have in our home, and will definitely be purchasing and installing with Northern Comfort again. You guys were great, can not say enough!
