We just had our windows installed by Northern Comfort. They look great. Rod & Keelyn are very good at what they do. They were very helpful and showed us how to work the windows properly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when the job was done.

Project came in on cost and install was done expertly by Josh who treated our house as if it was his own. Great clean up afterwards. Definitely will use them again.

We recently had some windows replaced in the living room & kitchen. Since this was the first time we had done this in 40 years we were very apprehensive. Barry Wood thoroughly explained our options and made suggestions to improve the resale value of our home. He also very patiently and promptly answered all our phone calls and e-mails. Installers Lou & Graham worked together very professionally and with great attention to all the fine details of the project. They made sure that the floor surfaces were covered and that the measurements around the windows were accurate. Great Job everyone!! #0912

From the beginning with Salesman Greg Flowers all was good, giving a reasonable price and allowed us to take advantage of all promotions available at that time. The installers arrived on time, sized up the job an got to work, Dave Miller, and John Potton did a great job as they had many challenges with an older home made of double brick, they left the rooms clean and tidy as they completed each window or door. Great work guys you did an awesome job and made our home look great! All is beautiful at 97 William Street, thanks so much.

Being a repeat customer, I was so glad that Northern Comfort was willing to come into Toronto for my project - especially since there was no opening where I wanted to put the sliding door making this quite a major reno that I didn’t want to entrust to just anyone. Darryl and Jay did a great job knocking that wall out & installing the sliding door. They were very meticulous in finishing off all the detail such as the brick-work so that it doesn’t look like a retrofit but rather like it’s always been there. My new garden window looks great and again they were attentive to the finishing detail inside & out which meant changing the game-plan on the fly to ensure a great outcome – good eye boys;) And when they installed the storm door they noticed the existing door had a stickiness which they gladly fixed. Every step of the way Darryl and Jay went beyond what was expected and did a great job leaving my place tidy & me one extremely happy customer. They even picked up after the electrician! Thanks to all the folks at Northern for making this a pleasant experience, Greg for your kind sales attention & Stacey for the work coordination - especially given a few change-orders;)! All in all a great Northern team to work with and I just know I’m going to miss having Daryl and Jay’s happy disposition and kind-hearted-souls around tomorrow;) Seriously the best reno experience ever!

Northern comfort were on time, excellent tear down of old, competent and reliable rebuild of porch enclosure, excellent clean up. asked several questions about how we wanted things instead of just doing them, very pleased with new enclosure.

I chose Northern Comfort to replace 3 of my windows because I found their salesperson Barry to be much more knowledgeable and believable than their competitors. The installation crew. led by Ernie Peca, arrived a little later than I was led to expect, but they were courteous and informative. They placed runners on my carpets and plastic on furniture and made sure I was happy with the quality of their work and showed me how to operate the new windows before they left. Their cleanup was satisfactory. I definitely would recommend replacing windows with Northern Comfort to my neighbours and friends.

We were quite pleased with our recent second experience with Northern Comfort. Darryl and his installation crew (Jay & Jessie) did a great job installing our windows on the main floor and in the basement. They were knowledgeable, very tidy and paid attention to detail. Our first experience with Northern Comfort earlier this year was not a good one. The installation crew made mistakes, put a storm door on the kitchen instead of the front door, made a mess of the installation of the main front door, did a messy job of finishing touches on the window frame outside and argued between each other all the time. What should have been a 2 day installation job turned into 4 days with lots of unnecessary stress. We wanted to finish our windows but had great hesitation returning to Northern Comfort to do the job. We insisted on a different installation team and were pleased with the results.

Replaced two sets of 25 year old sliding doors with new energy efficient sliding doors. New insulation around frames of new doors much better than what was installed originally. Very happy with installers workmanship.
