I purchased 2 kitchen windows from Northern Comfort - vinyl with sliders at the bottom, fixed sealed double glazed units at the top. I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish. This is the 3rd such installation by Northern Comfort in my home and each time the installation was handled very professionally and I felt I received good value for the money spent. I would recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing new windows or doors.

The sale rep Dennis made what I thought would be stressful, easy. I was very pleased with the price as the new windows are beautiful & the quality is better then I imagined they would be. The installers were great. Kept me informed as the job progressed and cleaned up the work area to look like they were never here. I need more windows done & I will be calling them to do the job.

Lou and Graham did a great job they, as requested used our existing trim on the inside. The door is perfect and the outside looks wonderful. Clean up was perfect. We are very pleased. Reference number Po#1425

Darryl and Jay are an AWESOME team. They are proficient and spend the time to explain things so you understand it. I have had a few neighbors drop by wanting to see the job they have done. Sorry guys you are going to be busy. They left no clean up to do and worked their tush off to straighten the original contractors mess up. Thanks to all of you!!

Just had new patio doors installed and I am very please with the look and quality of the new doors that also include built in mini blinds. The installers Graham and Lou were amazing, very helpful with lots of valuable information and tips on the care of our new doors. They were very professional and friendly while installing and did a fantastic clean up when they were done. I would use Northern Comfort Windows & Doors again in the future.

We were very impressed from the beginning with the quality of the show room, the other competitors in town did not have a show room with displays. The installers Darryl, Jay, and Jesse were very professional and pleasant from the beginning and throughout the whole installation process. Darryl and Jay came to our home to replace our old windows. When the arrived, they were very professional, friendly and explained everything to us. Their work was meticulous, they ensured that everything was covered in plastic, they left the home "SPOTLESS', never had we received such professional and friendly service before like this. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the products and impressed by the professional and friendly installation team of Kelly and Mark. The workmanship is beautiful. When we requested a minor adjustment, Tony was at our home within 24 hours and did the work. We are looking forward to winter this year in our comfy home.
