My wife and I were very stressed about making such a large purchase. We shopped around and the more vendors we spoke to the more stressed we became. Northern Comfort, specifically our sales rep Mark, made the whole process very easy and stress-free. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase. We are VERY happy with the end result. Our windows look fantastic. The install team was great too. Our windows were delivered on time, and the install team were very polite, clean, and fast. We paid a fair price for a superior product. We only purchased windows for the front of our home, but are already planning to order the rest from Northern Comfort in the following year. We highly recommend Northern Comfort.

We had windows installed in our whole house last month and couldn't be happier!! From the salesman's initial visit to the very end was a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgable in the sales area as well as the installers! We are happy to know we can start enjoying lower bills due well insulated windows and a transferable lifetime warranty!!

Workers were professional and knew what they were doing. They worked two long days. Only issue was an error on the number of windows but they resolved it right away. I would recommend them.

The salesman came and measured for the windows and said installation would be in 4 weeks. They were installed 4 weeks later. The salesman, estimator and installers were all very professional. The installation was done quickly and the site was cleaned up immediately. This is our 3rd installation job by Northern Comfort and we are extremely pleased with product and workmanship. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a NorthStar sliding patio door with built in blinds. I couldn't be happier with the product and installation! The sales staff were very friendly and informative. The showroom was pretty cool. They have tons of products on display where you can easily see the differences between different levels of quality/price. The installers were just excellent. They did a great job. My door was perfectly installed, interior trim is better than before the work, exterior calked neatly, they cleaned up after, they took away all the refuse, and even offered me some advice about other windows on my home. The timeline on installation was even faster then the estimate they gave me. I recommend anyone looking for windows or doors in the Barrie area check these guys out. They're great.

We used Northern Comfort 3 years ago to do all the upstairs windows in our home. From consultation to installation they were professional and courteous. We just had them back this April to replace all our downstairs windows and again a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great product and great service.
