From beginning to end, the service from Northern Comfort Windows & Doors was excellent! The salesman guided us, giving us good information for the best windows to suit our house, and indeed they were the best choice! Our 5 new windows are absolutely beautiful, keeping the cold out (really need that this winter!), as well as reducing outside noise. We didn't realize just how much new windows could improve our house, not just by looks, but by also helping so much with our heating bills (the furnace doesn't come on nearly as much) and we don't hear outside traffic now. Our installers were terrific, they worked hard, efficiently and were very thorough. The cleanup after was amazing, not a speck of dust left. I really appreciated that! Thank you so much Northern Comfort, what a great company you are!

Great Service, Great Work! The windows were sealed correctly, with spray foam and then sealed with type. The smallest details were even completed, Such as nail holes on indoor trim were filled in. The windows are quality and to have no frost build up is great! The Job was quick,neat, and professionally done! I highly recommend this company, and will use them again myself!

We had called a bunch of window companies for quotes for our basement windows and were not very impressed with any of the sales reps we dealt with. Thank goodness we called Northern Comfort! Our sales rep Mark was FANTASTIC! He took the time to educate us about our options and made sure to answer ALL of our various questions. He was extremely friendly, polite and easy to reach. The installation went smoothly and when we called to have one of the windows re-caulked someone came over within a few hours to fix it. We have never been more impressed with a company! We had 5 windows installed on our upper level, Ernie and the guys were quick, clean and thorough! The product was amazingly priced and well worth it! I previously had another company install several of my windows and was not happy with their service . I decided to give northern comfort a try and found they exceeded my expectations. Their quality, price and service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Great Service and great windows what can I say. I goot free triple glazing on the Bow window and it is draft free, wonderful. Patio door runs smooth thanks to and installer who went beyond what was asked of him and replaced rollers on a brand new door because he new they weren't right even though I didn't notice the problem. Great workmanship and very efficient work it took only a day and a half to install all our windows that included 3 bay windows. We have had no problems with them and can feel the house is warmer now.

it was a good experience. the installation from what I can see if good. made a bit of a mess, but it cleaned up fine. the installers were great and I would recommend northern comfort windows to my friends.
