Northern Comfort was one of three companies I got quotes from for replacement windows. They were recommended to me by a friend at work who had been very happy with them. We live in York Region and liked the fact that they were a local business to support. Their quote was better than another large window company offering the same product. In particular I want to acknowledge Sales Consultant, Mark L. from the Newmarket showroom. He gave great information about replacement windows. In choosing a company, I went back to him 2 or 3 times to clarify things. He knew I was still in negotiations with another company and had not made a final decision. He remained professional and honoured what we had discussed. He really went above and beyond without discrediting his competitors. It was refreshing to work with an honourable sales rep. I too would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows and Doors.

Having to change our front door, I am glad to have chosen Northern Comfort for this project. The salesperson was extremely helpful to us in selecting the type of door that could replace the old one combined with a side window. Since we intend on selling the house next year, a great option was suggested. The measuring was done on time and the installation completed professionaly and in timely manner. The technicians were very polite and did all work and clean-up effectively. I would recommend Northern Comfort to anyone, as their follow-up on the project was excellent and very professional. We had new windows and a beautiful new front door installed into our home by 'Northern Comfort Windows and Doors' after my sister recommended them. We were very happy with the installers and the way they installed our new windows and door. It was all done neatly and when they left, our home was clean and the finished product looked beautiful! Northern Comfort was highly recommended to me by friends who have used their services in the past and I would highly recommend them to others as well. Their sales representative arrived on time and very quickly gave me the requested estimate which was very competitive with other estimates that I had received. Their installers also arrived on time and they did a great job installing the window including proper insulation and thorough clean up. I am very happy with the service and product that I received from Northern Comfort.

Northern Comfort provided quality casement windows for us in December 2009. Their special promotion allowed us to purchase triple-glazed windows for the same price as double-glazed! The crew were efficient, tidy and braved the December weather no problem. We would definitely hire them again!

My husband and I purchased all new Armor windows and a Patio door for our home from Northern Comfort this summer and we are sooo Happy with every aspect of the windows, from the purchase to the install! We absolutely Love the look and operation of our new windows; it feels like a new house!! We purchased all casement windows and couldn't be happier with them! We walked into Northern Comfort, Barrie location one morning, back in May, to check out the windows. After we looked and liked the windows, we asked if they could come over that day, to our house and give us a quote. The sales rep. Peter came out within hours to our home, upon our request, measured and gave us a quote and we booked them right away! We had a couple of other quotes prior to this, (we had been looking around for quite sometime for new windows), but it wasn't just the price that sold us, but the professionalism and knowledge and product that sold us; although the price was great too! A couple weeks later Gord came out for the second re measure and he was very professional, polite and great at his job too! At each stage as well, they kept us informed at who would be calling and what they would be doing next. We had them installed July 2 & 3rd and Ernie and Phil the installers, EXCEEDED our expectations!!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and so meticulous; their attention to detail was simply put, AMAZING!! They were so good at their profession and removal and installing was incredible! They worked so well together they didn't even have to communicate to each other what they were doing. The house was left as clean and tidy as when they arrived! It could have been a nightmare, but my peace of mind was eased with their professionalism right away; such very nice guys too! They were a pleasure to have in our home for the 2 days!! Northern Comfort Windows & Doors were very professional in both sales and installation. They were pleasant and answered all of our concerns and questions. The installation team left the work areas clean and finished off their work with amazing care. We are very happy with Armor Series Windows. We had several quotes from other Windows and Door companies and we found Northern Comfort's price, service and quality could not be matched. From sales through to installation, we found their staff to be very professional, provided great advice and were totally customer focused.
