If for some reason were going to be late you can bet your going to receive a call ahead of time with a good reason !
Reply created 30 Mar 2012Hi Sarah, Thank you for all the work so far! Your inquisitive and organized which is nice. Not a lot of people ask questions anymore. Keeps me on my toes! For anyone else reading this " no surprise costs" means that the price I give you at the beginning of the job is the price you pay at the end of the job. This way you can budget and there are NO surprises. The odd time we take work out or add work but its all straight forward and added right on to the original invoice or quote which is actually stored online for both party's to see at anytime. Cheers!
