Custom Drop Ceiling and Painting Apartment
We would like to thank Sandro for his hard work and commitment to making our vision come true. Most contractors would think installing a dropped ceiling is easy and I imagine Sandro did also until he saw my plans...Sandro did a great job listening and understanding what we wanted and making it so. Sandro was very respectful of our home when he was working and always cleaned up at the end of each day which is a blessing if you ever had the "pleasure" of living through a renovation. He was also great and communicating to us when the other contractors would be arriving to complete parts of the project. Thank you Sandro for the great work we highly recommend you...but don't book him up as we want him for our bathroom project also!

Bathroom Reno
They did a great job on renovating our bathroom, they made sure to check every little detail and they were at the job on time and were fast and efficient.

Total bathroom Reno & fireplace surround
My mum purchased our garden condo after my husband and I were transferred to Toronto for work. Before she moved in we wanted to make some BIG improvements to better suit her needs-a very tired master bathroom ( tub, sink, toilet, floors and vanity-circa 1990!) was transformed by Sandro into a "rain shower spa retreat" absolutely stunning and so much better for mum than having to deal with an awkward tub layout! He also completely transformed the fireplace with a gorgeous "plank tile" surround that really pops! Truly chic and his design input was invaluable in the decision making process. I can only reiterate previous reviewers comments on his amazing work-clean, tidy,respectful,personable, on budget and on time! He even changed out the toilet in the second bathroom and faucet in the kitchen sink because mum was having problems with these! Needless to say -although the project wasn't quite finished when my husband and I made our big move, EVERYTHING was done to everyone's satisfaction! We could not have left her in better hands! I just wish he was here in Toronto for when we buy our new home! Thank you Sandro!

bathroom. fireplace
We found Sandro on Home Stars, & what a find!!! First class workmanship, on budget, clean & tidy,very personable, If I need any further work done, Sandro is my man!!! I highly recommend him.

Bathroom Renovation
Sandro was fantastic. He was reliable, personable, stayed on time and on budget and we're thrilled with our new bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, we already have him quoting on more work in our house!

Basement Restoration
We had a sewer back up that necessitated the entire basement floor to be removed. Past experience with the insurance company contractors left us with a bad taste that we decided to look for our own contractor. We found Delfabulous on HomeStars with great reviews. We found Sandro to be very professional, trustworthy and efficient. He kept the site immaculate. It's obvious he cares about his work and takes pride in it. His work is meticulous and he truly cares about his clients. He's top notch: we highly recommend him to friends and family.

Basement and Laundry Reno
Sandro was recommended to us by our civil engineer neighbour who is very particular and has very high standards. Sandro's first project with us was to convert half a very large bedroom into an upstairs laundry. After seeing the quality of his work we quickly got him back to finish our basement for us and turn it into an entertainment room with kitchen area, guest bathroom and bedroom and storage room. There were a few things that got complicated but Sandro calmly handled each challenge with ease and always came up with a good solution. Sandro worked very efficiently and very neatly without cutting corners. The quality of his work is excellent and the work area is kept clean and safe. At the end of the day when he left he always first cleaned up, packed everything away, swept and vacuumed. Sandro also always kept us well informed, was polite and courteous and was always available to us to go over concerns or just run through the days progress. I have heard about so many reno nighmares but Sandro was a breath of fresh air completing the project on time and on budget with excellent work done. We would HIGHLY recommend Sandro and would use him again and again!

bathroom update, closet update, basement update
From start to finish our minor renovations went smoothly thanks to the professional work of Sandro. Not only was he helpful but extremely tidy and confident in his ability to deal with the challenges of renovating an old bathroom. basement and bedroom closet. We are very happy with the end results and would highly recommend his company. We are definitely going to use him again!! Also, if you have difficulty with decorating (as I do!!) his lovely wife Jo is available to guide and support you along the way...a great team!!

Tiling project
I would use the services of Delfabulous Home Improvements Inc. again in the future. Sandro was very professional. He finished the jobs in the time he estimated for the project. He always left my home clean and tidy at the end of the day. He has great communication and problem solving skills. He completed tiling in the kitchen and entrance way/ laundry room area(approx. 100 sq ft). He also completed floor to ceiling tiling around my fireplace walls with ledgestone tiling (it looks beautiful).

Bathroom Renovation
I found Sandro from this website as we looked for a contractor to renovate our main bathroom. From the time that we met him, Sandro was extremely professional to deal with throughout the entire process. He completed the renovation on budget and on schedule, the work was to a very high quality, he was extremely tidy (absolutely appreciated by us with 2 small boys in the house getting into everything), and his communication throughout was efficient and timely. What more could you want from a contractor? He did a fantastic job and we'd hire him again for future jobs in a heartbeat. Thanks Sandro.
