Bathroom Renovation
We recently had Sandro renovate our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We looked for a long time before deciding on a contractor and the second we met Sandro, we knew he was who we wanted to choose. He was professional throughout the renovation, kept us informed of the process, and cleaned up after each day. This was very important to us since we have a small son and having anything left around could have been a dangerous to him. In fact, we wouldn't have even known Sandro was in our place other than we could see progress was done when we got home. He finished our project on-time and on-budget and we will be using him again for our second bathroom and kitchen renovations in the future. I actually found Sandro through this site and I'm so happy that I did. I highly recommend Sandro for any renovation.

Two Bathroom Renovations
Sandro has recently completed a complete reno of our two bathrooms. He was very efficient, attentive to detail, on time and budget, and provided good advice throughout. He was very tidy and organized in his work. His wife Jo provided great designer advice as well. We highly recommend Delfabulous and would use their services again!

Refurbished Bathroom and Fireplace
We recently renovated our upstairs bedroom's on-suite bathroom and living room fireplace. Sandro did a fantastic job, cost effective , time efficient, stress free and construction area was left clean each day. What a difference to previous contractors I have used. We were glad we waited for him to complete this task. The bathroom was a full retrofit new glass door shower, tiled floors inside shower and out, new vanity, painting and instead of a pocket door a modern glass sliding door. Looks fantastic. Sandro's project #2 was to cover our old stone fireplace recreating the spot into a modern but classic look that will never age the home and compliments the space. We replaced the inserts ourselves. Great job Sandro and I would highly recommend his services big or small. Please view our before and after pictures

Tiling of Enytancewayand Fireplace
Sandro was professional, ensured that the work was of the highest quality and tha the project was completed in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use him for future projects or refer him to others.

Addition of Loft and Hardwood Floors
Have you heard of horror stories with contractors from your friends and family and want to avoid falling into that category? Then choose Delfabulous for your renovation project! Sandro is extremely knowledgeable, does high quality work and is professional and reliable. When I was looking for a contractor to put a loft in my condo, I got three quotes and Sandro's was reasonably priced and the only one that gave me a detailed breakdown of the estimated cost. He recommended that I hire an engineer to draw up the plans and referred me to a reputable and knowledgeable engineer. This was my first experience with undertaking a big renovation project and hiring a contractor so I was very nervous about how everything would turn out. From start to finish Sandro delivered on everything he promised. He was on time everyday, always cleaned up at the end of the day so that we were not living in a mess and he kept me informed throughout so that I could have input and make changes if necessary. He was patient, flexible and always went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes. I was in contact with him almost everyday for updates and he always got back to me and was great with coming up with solutions when problems arised. It was a pleasure to work with Sandro because he really listens to what his clients want and helped with design ideas to meet our budget. He made this big daunting project run smoothly and stress free for us. I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I had him install a brick feature wall, which I absolutely love and hardwood floors as well. I can't say enough good things about Delfabulous! Hire Delfabulous for your renovation projects, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you Sandro for turning my design into a beautiful reality! :-)

Replacement of Hardwood Floors
Sandro is a very professional contractor, as we required our hardwood floors to be replaced due to a upstairs leak. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. Sandro is a very down to earth man, and is very respected as he completes fabulous projects. Sandro, without your help in our apartment for the projects that you have done, we don't know where we'd be, thank you!

Two bathroom renovations
"A wonderful renovation experience" Sandro was professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious. He was on time and budget for our two complete bathroom renovations. He worked in our small apartment respectful of Strata rules. He managed the project, dealing with suppliers and technicians who had to shut the water off to the building. Everyone who dealt with Sandro gave positive feedback. We had no complaints from neighbours; a minor miracle since he was on site for four and a half weeks! Sandro’s wife Jo (a designer) helped us immensely with design. She provided tile, sink, cabinet, and countertop choices very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We hope to have Sandro back to assist us with future projects. On a personal note, it was a pleasure to have Sandro in our home and if HomeStars would allow a rating higher than 10, he would get it!

replacing a fiberglass shower stall with a fully tiled enclosure.
Our project was to remove an old fiberglass shower stall and replace it with tiled walls and a tile base plus curb. At first glance it seems like a straightforward job but there are a lot of elements and skills from different trades involved. Sandro handled them all deftly and expertly whether it involved framing, plumbing, tiling or waterproofing. He was professional in his approach and in the execution of his tasks and he completed the job on time and on budget. We found Sandro to be very personable, easy to work with and he provided good suggestions during the course of the job. We already have another project we would like him to undertake and would not hesitate to recommend him for general house improvements of any kind. John and Liz M

Bathroom reno
Delfabulous rocks!!!! They demolished the old and installed a new bathroom with walk-through closets. Sincere personal attention, meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness, open communication so no nasty "hidden extras" and old world professional service. Strongest recommendation.

Project management of concrete work, window replacements, tiling, etc.
Project manage concrete work on front terrace and side path. Very innovative in repair of concrete work which has sunken and cracked. Advise on and oversight of replacement of various windows. Tiling of front terrace, side paths and two balconies and finished side fascias. Repaired plumbing for washer dryer & replaced garburator. Overall significant project that was done in a professional manner and all work completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended!
