    Painting Exterior and interior of our home!

    Platinum Pro Painters painter the exterior of our house and I loved the professionalism of Todd the Owner/Operater!! He is friendly and fairly priced! His guys take the utmost care to making sure your experience with Platinum Pro Painters is the best service you can receive! I highly recommend this company for two reasons!! First being respect...there are no hidden costs, he is upfront with everything! Second being Quality... With Platinum Pro Painters you get top quality workmanship and top quality paints, and top quality people to come and paint your house, your way! Great job!!!

    Interior House Painting

    Just recently, my wife and I were struggling with the idea of whether to move or to renovate and stay in our present home. It was a tough decision but we decided to remain where we are. Now came the renovating process. So, we were faced with "should we tackle it on our own or hire someone to do the work for us." Through the high recommendation of a friend and co-worker, we hired Platinum Pro Painters to relieve us of the long hours of back breaking painting, not to mention the repairs, sanding, priming and so on. We both work outside the home and just didn't have the spare time required. This was the best decision ever! The owner was both professional and pleasant to deal with from the start. Our doubts and many questions were dealt with to our satisfaction and the amazing results were proof of that. Right down to the workers being on time, the minimal disruption to our schedules and the overall transformation of the rooms we had re-done, we could not have been more pleased. We would highly recommend Platinum Pro Painters to anyone who is contemplating a renovation. These guys are top notch in our opinion.

    Interior Commercial Epoxy Coating Painting

    On behalf of Urkai, I would like to thank Todd & Mike and the crew at platinum pro painters for doing such an amazing job painting our store in Burlington. As a retailer of luxury European city bicycles, we needed our store to look as beautiful as our bikes (very hard to do!) and they really came through for us - it looks amazing. They also came through for us when a product did not work as expected and they fixed it all to meet our high expectations - so happy we chose a company who stands by their word!

    I was totally blown away by Todd and the Platinum Pro Painter team. Outstanding customer service and a fantastic end product. I trusted the team to paint my house and boy did they deliver. Todd is a true professional--he is not happy until YOU are happy. I can't wait to use Platinum Pro Painters for my future painting needs.

    Interior House Painting

    Very recently I began the process of searching for reputable contractors to have my home painted. Being on my own with this venture was intimidating and trusting that I was going to get a fair deal was difficult. Should I attempt it on my own or leave it to the professionals? I am so glad that I chose the latter. After a couple of in-home quotations, I decided on Platinum Pro Painters. Their website was very informative and Todd was proof of that when he came and spoke to me with the utmost in professionalism as well as making me feel comfortable with the information provided to me. The staff and workers alike were a direct reflection of this! They were on time and so considerate of me and my situation. I was so impressed. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the clean-up impeccable. My home looks amazing and the compliments coming in are so positive. I love it!     Platinum Pro Painters came through for me when I was overwhelmed with a large painting project of a home on a fixed budget. After many quotes from other painting companies, Platinum Pro Painters worked with me and my budget and offered to do the job I needed done that other companies could not match. It was the professionalism and the genuine care of my situation that made the decision to use Platinum Pro Painters easy.     Interior Wall, Trim, Residential Painting

    My husband and I enjoyed every part of the experience with Platinum Pro Painters. Todd kicked off the interactions with professionalism and flexibility to fit within our busy schedules. The quote we received was entirely reasonable which made the decision to use Platinum Pro Painters clear. The crew arrived at our house each morning on time and worked to the wee hours (thank you Mike!) to ensure the job was completed in a timely fashion. Our entire house was painted from top to bottom in a mere 2 days! Todd checked in with us each night to ensure we were happy with the progress. The end result was clean, well done, and exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you Todd and team – can’t wait to work with you again!

    Interior Residential Family Room Wall Painting

    Hardwood stairs finishing

    Found Platinum Pro through the Holmes Referred program. Todd (owner/president) was very quick and responsive. Provided a detailed, written, quote with references and itemized work. Price was on par with other quotes. I asked for a few options and an updated quote was provided showing the options and the pricing. Met with Anne (designer) who was friendly and met me near my work to work through the colours that would match my hardwood stain (stairs were to be stained dark to match the harwood). The painter (Jay) was on time each working day - it did take 4 days when quote was for 2-3 but close enough. Had an issue with colour matching after initial stain - the stain was brown/gray while the hardwood was brown/red. Noticeably different. After talking with Jay and Todd, some red tint was added to the varnish and as a result the final product was an almost exact match. Overall the quality of the workmanship was good and good attention to detail. There are a few spots where there was some stain streaks drips/understain but they are not very noticeable except for close up. Other issue was that the garbage bag being used by stainer leaked but only the garbage bag was moved. We only noticed by coincidence when moving some boxes otherwise it would have possibly been permanent. Spent a half an hour scrubbing it off myself - just wish the stainer had told us the spill before leaving so we wouldn't have been surprised.

    Interior Kitchen Cabinet Painting

    Platinum pro painters was a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time painting my kitchen cabinets and the experience was like night and day compared to the other company I used. Pro painters did exactly what they quoted me on time and that in itself says a lot about there professionalism. I have and will recommend them anyday. Jasmine
