    Office Electric Audit

    Octavio came to our medium sized office to do a wiring audit and was pleasant and helpful. In the end he had suggestions and what we could do if we wanted to spend money but was honest enough to inform me that we were fine to continue as we are and did not charge me for the audit. I would definitely use WireChief again in the future.

    Track lighting job

    Everything was perfect. Octavio was my electrician and he arrived 30 minutes ahead of time actually. Very friendly, and they did the job quickly. I would hire them again for an electrical need. Cheers, Ryan

    Troubleshooting

    I had no power in my apartment, I called WireChief Electric and Octavio arrived promptly. He found what the problem was and fix it in a professional manner. He was friendly and tidy. I would definitely recommend WireChief Electric.

    Pot lights, sconces, moving electricial

    Immediately after taking possession of a new construction townhouse, we proceeded to tear it apart to install additional lights and move electrical for audio/video. Octavio was professional, punctual and efficient. Couldn't be happier, and we've since scheduled him for additional work.

    Installation of bathroom fan

    Octavio was pleasant, fast, clean, and informative. He went the extra mile to help correct additional problems he discovered. Octavio event went so far as to provide the model number of the fan ahead of time so that we may familiarize ourselves with what we were buying before we accepted. He was excellent, and I would use him again or recommend him to friends/family.

    Electric baseboard heaters installed in basement suite

    I contacted WireChief for a quote to install baseboard heaters in my basement suite. The 4 baseboard heaters and new breaker were installed quickly and the work was well done and tidy. I would definately recommend WireChief and won't hesitate to call them for any future electical work I require in my home.

    ELECTRICAL UPGRADE FROM 100 TO 200 AMPS AND INSTALLATION OF BASEBOARD HEATING SYSTEM TO 1030 SQ FT BASEMENT

    This was a completely unknown territory for me and Octavio and his colleagues not only explained in clear terms what would be necessary from the outset, including his accurate estimate and alterations to the house, but also as the project was in process. They arranged the permits and appointments with the city engineers and BC Hydro, and it was evident that they had good relations with both. They always called ahead of time to let me know when they were about to arrive, they called the night before to let me know what time they would arrive in the morning. They were professional, friendly and very accommodating. I feel very confident in their excellent work and would recommend Octavio to my family and friends.

    Restored electrical service to building

    On a Friday night late, we lost power (and subsequently hot water) to part of our building. Saturday morning I was not able to get my usual electrician in. After calling four recommended by BBB and having none return my messages, I came upon Wirechiefs. They returned my call with in 5 minutes. They arrived when said they would. Being a woman I appreciated not being talked down to, rather learning something new about the building I look after, and having the rest of my day to myself. They also provided me with an extra part for emergencies down the line.

    Electrical work - replacing plugs, installing baseboard heaters

    We've had Octavio in a couple times to do electrical work in our place in Kits. We replaced a few baseboard heaters, several outlets, some lighting reworking, and needed to get some guidance on our main electrical box. I recommend him. I thought the pricing was fair & competitive. I called another place that gave me a quote that was double in price. Octavio was prompt, clean, professional and didn't waste time. We still have some work to do and we'll use his services again.

    Bringing wiring in house up to code

    I was impressed from the begining with this company. The electrician was punctual, courteous,professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He was able to design a solution that fit our timeline, budget and safety needs. Our home was kept neat and tidy throughout the job and I felt well informed of progress. The finished job is wonderful. I would definitely recommend WireChief.
