    Running toilets

    I had three running toilets and one had overflowed and water was all over the place. Elie was very prompt to return my phone call and set up an appointment with an estimate to repair the toilets. As scheduled the plumber came to my home and within two hours had all the toilets repaired and working properly. I would definitely recommend their services! They were extremely reliable and professional!

    Fixed a clogged drain.

    I can't say enough good things about Elie. We had a clogged drain on the long weekend. I thought it would be impossible to get a plumber on a holiday so I tried to fix it myself. I eventually gave up and contacted Elie through a referral. He showed up exactly on time and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, helpful and tidy. And I thought his fee was very fair. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will be telling everyone I know to use him. Thanks again Elie!

    Bypass for my Garage and backyard

    Deven & Rehana Excellent workmanship, reliable, friendly, approachable and reasonable priced for a plumber. I had just install a water system for my home and needed to have bypass to my garage and my backyard. I made one call to Elie and within 10 min he was at my door. The job was done with neatness and professionalism; he treated my home as if it was his own. Very professional would recommend The Plumbing Expert to anyone who requires an excellent job that is done quickly at a fair price. May 18, 2012

    Hose bib installation.

    We needed a hose bib installed in the back yard and we called The Plumbing Expert. Elie was quick, reliable and efficient with the work we needed to have done. We would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Expert to anyone who needs work done.

    replace leaking plumbing to dishwasher and sink

    Elie came in to replace a cracked hotwater pipe to a dishwasher, and the job expanded as we discovered the pipe fittings were no longer made, the sink drain pipe broke off from 40 years' corrosion, and so on...a householders' plumbing nightmare. Elie was great - he made a point of explaining the options, he worked late until it was finished, the result was very neat, and he surprised us with a bill lower than we expected. We expect to have him back for other work less urgent.

    Faucet in laundry sink leaking; valve to outdoor water not working

    Looking for a plumber to repair our leaky faucet in our laundry sink, we turned to friends on the internet and asked for a recommendation. Elie came highy recommended by a work colleague. Elie showed up first thing in the morning the day after we called him. He examined the problem and gave us our options: functionable and cheaper or upgraded and more expensive. After discussing with him and taking his recommendation, Elie had the problem solved within an hour. In addition, he fixed another minor problem which I had not even mentioned to him on the phone. Reasonable rates. Personable guy. I would not hesitate to use Elie again or recommend him to others.

    Leak in basement shower

    It's Saturday at 7 p.m. I had a leak in a downstairs shower. I had to turn off the water to the whole house. We thought we would be without water until at least Monday. I called The Plumbing Expert and Elie came over within 1 hour. He fixed a major problem in 30 minutes. He used new technology and fixed our problem. My wife and family were very happy with his service and would recommend him to all. Thanks, Paul Mitchell, Brampton

    shower handle broke off - could not turn on shower

    We woke up Sunday Morning and went as usual to have a shower. Went to turn the shower on the handle just kept turning and then finally pulled out of the wall. We called Elie on his cell phone and told him what happened. he left his family on a Sunday morning and came right over. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and was complete within 30 minutes. What a polite and professional man. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much.

Thank you, I have seen alot in my life but completely was shocked to see that your moen shower control broke right off! the cartridges are made of plastic rubber and brass after a 12 year span and the only bathtub in the house being used the life expectancy was cut in half! most products last 25 years!     Basement drains and water supply rough in

    Elie was quick to come over and give a free estimate for the work that I was hoping to get done. He gave good advice and answered all my questions in a clear and straight-forward manner with a competitive quote compared to another plumber that came over. I gave him the job of moving and up-sizing some existing bathroom/kitchen basement drains. He was able to dig up the old ones and replace and move them and pour the concrete to fix the slab in a single day. He came over the following day finished off running the new supply lines for the laundry, kitchen, vanity and shower. He did a good job and I would use him again... He also did a good job at staying in-touch during the project and letting me know when he would be available and when he was going to come over. Thanks Elie!

    kichen and bathroom service

    I am Rev. Rashid Gill. I had multiple problems in my home at once. I Called Elie and under 2 hours he was able to insatll a new kitchen sink, fix all my leaky toliets also educating me along the way. Keeping me infomred of cost everystep of the way.I wolud use The Plumbing Epert again and recommand them to others. Prices are reasonable and jodis done right.
