I am the operator of 8 Fast Food restaurants in the Ottawa area. Bill does ALL my handyman jobs. (Tile, Grout, Cement, Fencing, Painting amongst many other jobs) Bill is timely, professional and reasonably priced. I recommend him for whatever your needs!!

Bill is fast, professional, and a very pleasant person to deal with. He installed a cork floor in our entryway in no time flat. After having endured shoddy work from unscruplulous contactors, we are very happy to have found Vail renovations. We plan on making Bill our go-to guy for all our renos and repairs. Highly recommend!

In our experiences it has been very difficult to find an honest and dedicated contractor (as we went through 3 contractors just to have at least one show up), we were happy to find the missing piece at Vail Renovations (Bill was the on site contractor). With a service that kept us up to date on availability, estimated times, and quality of work, we are happy to say we will be using Vail Renovations again for the extensive upgrades we just don't have time to do. As a side note Bill's on site sense of humor was a great touch, especially as our dogs were constantly amazed by the tools and wanted to smell everything.

We came into contact with Vail Renovations through our painter/interior decorator. We needed our stairwell ceiling and living room vaulted ceiling painted. We were initially given an estimate of a day and a half to 2 days work. He was actually done before the one and half day mark and ended up doing painting elsewhere in the house. Quality of the work was top notch, he was very efficient with his time.

We initially made contact will Vail Renovations through a coupon website and wow, did we score! Bill really went above and beyond to help us out. We have kids and dogs, meaning lots repairs, from a chewed banister to dinged walls and cracks. Bill was able to repair everything, for the most part using what we already had, and saving us money on materials. Not only that, but he took it upon himself to spruce up some bits and pieces just because he had the tools out. He also pulled carpet for us, which we hadn't requested, but he offered as he had some extra time. We have had repair and renovation work done in the past but I can honestly say Bill is the best we've encuntered. He was a pleasure to have around and did an excellent job. I left his card with many of my colleagues and would have no reservations about recommending his work.

We contracted Vail Renovations to replace our one piece shower enclosure with a new shower base, glass doors and surrounding tile. Bill did a great job, from start to finish, and went above and beyond what we expected from him. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very dependable. We also appreciated the time he took to explain what had to be done and why, and to help us come up with a plan that met our needs and our budget. We are happy to recommend Vail Renovations and won't hesitate to call Bill the next time we have a job to do.

all i needed was new drywall on my ceiling and a paint job! everyone else wanted to do a full gut at 3 times the price!! thanks vail renovations for your honesty and a job well done!
