    Frozen pipes

    We were very satisfied with the work done by mr swirl, our pipes had froze and they were at out house first thing the next morning to fix the problem, they were quick and efficient and friendly to boot. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that has a plumbing problem.

    Septic system inspection

    After sitting and thinking about my experience with Mr. Swirl today.... I made a septic inspection appointment for 9 am, left my contact info and cleared my morning schedule to meet him... I waited until 9:30 and called to find out if he was lost and was told they changed the appointment to 11:00. They never even bothered to call and let me know. So, I changed my day around to make it work. At 10:45 I got a call saying he couldn't make that appointment either and moved it to 1 pm. So, again, I had to cancel my work commitments and be there at 1 pm. No show again until 1:30 when I phoned and asked what was going on. He eventually came albeit 45 mins late. The gentlemen inspected the septic system. I thought he was nice and professional. I helped by digging to locate the tank cleanout to save time. I'm sure it wasn't the employees fault but I kinda felt strung along as I had some important business to do that day. If I can get the same services for the septic tank pumpout (which I was told I need) from a competitor then I will use the someone else. Nothing against the employee as he was actually pretty cool! Just the company dropped the ball.

    unplug sewer pipe

    cleared plugged toilet

    Daniel came as expected and did a through job convincingly. His manners were pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to friends and relatives in need of such services.

    clogged drain that was backing up tub

    Daniel came out immediately and determined the cause of the problem. My schedule was pretty tight, so he elected to start his day early in order to resolve my issue.

    Installed new toilet

    Mr. Swirl came and installed a new toiler in my bathroom this afternoon. They were very quick and efficient, courterous and we were very impressed. I would highly recommend this company to my friend.s

    Replace Shower parts in Truck stop

    I run an truck stop and found that Mr Swirl was very fast at getting the repairs I needed done quickly . Daniel was very proffessional and I love the look of the new shower fixtures!

    Replace hot water tank with tankless system and garborator removal

    We have used Mr.Swirl twice and have been shocked by their amazing service, professionalism and work product. I say shocked because this level of service is hard to come by these days. From the dispatcher taking the call to the pros and the product, everything exceeded my expectation. That is rare. Our hot water heater was leaking badly and clearly needed replacing. We researched our options and decided to go with a tankless water system to save space and energy. Quoted price ranges were 3000 - 6000 but not all shops had the expertise or the ability to do this within a few days. We chose Mr. Swirl because we had been happy before with Daniel's work on our garborator. Adam and Chris showed up and did a fantastic job which obviously entailed ensuring proper installment of this sophisticated system but also getting the gas lines correct and considering our requirements for a future reno to the house. The job took about 6 hours and Adam came back the next day to make sure the vent through the roof was a perfect fit with proper capping. They upheld their estimate and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship. I feel that I can call them if I ever have questions in the future and I will recommend them to friends, family, and the insurance company I work for. As a side note regarding those reviews commenting on cost: Mr. Swirl always provides an estimate - there are no surprises. You should go out and compare prices/terms and do your research as a consumer. There probably is a cheaper option and that is within your control to find or not.

    Hotwater tank repair

    My hot water tank needed repairing and 2 separate technicians were involved. Both were polite, patient, efficient, and professional. They explained what the problem was and then got the job done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service provided. Thanks Brendan and Daniel.

    installation of a new garborater

    Daniel Dunsford came to our home to replace our garborater. He was very friendly and professional. Daniel explained what he was going to do, then gave us a quote for labor and the price of the new unit before he began installation. He did his work quickly, and didn't make any mess. He explained the warranty, and then suggested the natural drain cleaner to keep our new garborater clean, which we really appreciated, and also purchased. After he was done, Daniel took us to your website and showed us how to enter the dinner for two contest, then gave us his business card, and said good bye. We will recommend Mr. Swirl, and Daniel in particular, to our family and friends.
