I tried to snake the drain for two days. It was a very stubborn blockage. Jackie was professional, respectful and persistent. He managed to get the drain clear after working tirelessly for 2.5 hours. He also replaced a faulty hot water valve and a cracked p trap after my attempts. He had the knowledge and the right tools. My family was relieved to have the kitchen back in operation.

The folks at Mr. Swirl were fantastic! They were able to accommodate us quickly, provided a fully transparent quote, arrived when they said they would, and were very friendly. Well be using them again to finish our plumbing work.

I called Mr. Swirl to help clear my drain line because my kitchen sink was not draining. After calling in the morning, they recognized the urgency of the matter and sent a technician almost immediately! It is important to note that their SMS notification system was awesome. Not only was my appointment confirmed, but I also knew when the technician was on his way! If only other service providers could provide notification services like that! Before the afternoon came, Harjot from Mr. Swirl came to the door. Once Harjot came, he listened to our problem, diagnosed it quickly and was able to come up with a viable and quick solution. Within 30 minutes, he had their high end equipment working to clear my drain line, and before 1 hour was up, he had the problem fixed. Harjot even took time to look at our oddly performing toilet! What an awesome guy! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Swirl. I think it's always easy to be wary of some folks because you never know what you're going to be charged for what service. Mr. Swirl was upfront with their pricing, and charged me what they said they would. Most importantly they fixed the problem quickly! Mr Swirl was recommended by my mother in law. I was not disappointed, they were able to give me options and show me what the cost would be. They were able to secure a brand new toilet for me, and did a same day installation without having to come back another day to install the new toilet.

given this company's approach to payment, this became a negative customer experience. The initial work was done but the plumber had to return to cover the deficiencies we found. Items/service promised following payment not delivered upon.

Friendly and nice. Employees were constantly checking pricing and other stuff with head office. Third guy that came seemed more thorough and experienced, gave honest and helpful advice. Ultimately they were overpriced, double what others charge. Wish we or they had noticed the clean out under the shrub we worked next to since we didn't get a full cleanout.

Hot water tank leak replaced with new along with an expansion tank hopefully increasing the longevity.

Great technician. He was quick and efficient. Friendly service. Excellent job Happy. I'd hire him again for any plumbing issues. Thank you!
