    Wirknt Power Generator

    Amazing job. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He pointed out code violations from others work which he remedied without a charge.

    Electrical inspection and upgrade to code.

    Jose was very professional, and always arrived at the promised time. I think he did a good job, I love the new lights he installed, but he did leave my waterbed heater unplugged, which was a bit disappointing. I would use him again for any further electrical work

    Installed Timer Switches

    This is my second time using Building Ideas, and I couldn't be happier. Both times, Jose responded immediately to a call, and quickly scheduled a call. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and performed the job quickly. Would definitely recommend Building Ideas.

    Dead duct in master bedroom

    Jose came to repair a duct in crawling space entering our master bedroom. After not easy job as crawling space is tiny, job was finished. Finally, our room is wormer than before. Jose showed on time and finish the job efficiently. If you want job done call Building Ideas and Jose.

    Fixed open ground circuit, install GFCI outlets

    Jose and his apprentice were professional, thorough, and communicative. They located the root cause for an an open ground circuit in my house and also replaced several GFCI outlets inside and outside the house, and answered my questions with professionalism. Recommend.

    New heating system

    Jose and his team excellent! Local company that showed up at appointed times to meet and install new heating system. I chose him because he was innovative re no drain in furnace area and challenging venting required. His price the best considering work involved. He left basement spotless. I asked for wheel valve from old boiler and he remembered to remove it for me. I will be using Building Ideas for annual maintenance knowing that I will be dealing directly with the company owner.

    Amazing service!

    This team is always punctual and works extremely quickly. They made sure that all the safety measures were in place and communicated everything to us so we were always aware of what was happening. They did a series of jobs in our home: Heating, duct recollection, new heating and air conditioning and so much more. I would recommend them to anyone, they are great workers and trustworthy people.

    Extra power outlets and Coax Outlet

    Jose and his apprentice came to our house and installed a couple of power outlets and relocated our Coax outlet because rogers wont do it. Jose did a fantastic job and paid attention to all of the details I gave him. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after they finished working. I will definitely hire them again for another project :-)

    HVAC grounding of furnace

    Jose is the best. He was very quick to respond to my call for help. He arrived on time with his assistant Adrian, and was very respectful wearig booties over their soes. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and professional about my needs and the problem fixed in no time at all. I would highly recomend Building Ideas and will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC or electrical problems that may arise.

    Old fashioned style service and quality

    Jose and his partner are a pleasure to work with. They are clean, respectful, and explain what needs to be done in detail. Our job included a very awkward light installation that some other companies did not even bother quoting on. In addition, there were special parts needed for a second job that Jose ordered and came back with in short order. Jose lives up to the high reviews given to him on this site. Thank you Jose!
