Had a significant leak from the roof, our ceiling tiles caved in from the pressure, 5 Star came within the hour and cleaned up all the excess water, dried and disinfected the carpets and then set up their air blowers to prevent the moisture from destroying the wooden fixtures. They came back routinely throughout the week and checked on the status of the job, making sure the equipment was operating properly and doing what it needed to prevent mold.

The work was very well done. The cleanliness was excellent, as the Cleaners were very thorough, cleaning from the floor to the walls and the accessible chandeliers.

Bob and Danial were punctual and courteous when they picked up our rugs. Our dogs destroyed two of them through their potty training process so we sent our rugs out with 5 star cleaning and were really satisfied with our work. I attached pictures to show everyone how well the work was done. I also try to support local businesses as much as I can, so I can’t recommend them enough.
