Flooded basement
We appreciated tbeir pfofessional services. Our basement was flooded and called them up they came in and did a great job in drying and making the repairs too.we were happy with their great and fast customer services. We recommend their services to others

Honestly, bob from 5 Star is the best in rug cleaning, repair and appraisal. I had few antique and very old as far as 100 years old rugs that needed cleaning, repair and I really wanted to have them appraisal for insurance and personal interest. Their review were great. We are very happy we had our precious rugs that we inherited from our dad, bob did an amazing job with a very fair cost. I already recommend them to my family member and friends , I am sure other will love it too. Thank you so much guys for the excellent jo. Now, we enjoy our rugs more than ever.

Post renovation cleaning
It was very difficult to find anyone that would come to my house and clean post reno dust, dirt and the leftover mess. I explained over the phone in detail that this was a BIG job and we had extensive renos done. We needed a complete cleaning and duct work done. I was assured 5 Star could do it. They showed up to do the duct work without the machinery. My husband had to send them home. How could you clean ducts without the equipment? The owner showed up and cleaned the carpets which he did do a good job but the whole experience was sub-standard. No truck or equipment after the owner assuring us they could do it, that they specialized in post reno cleaning, but they were not prepared in the least. The 2 women that came to clean the house were not prepared with a vacuum or cleaning supplies as they took the subway to get to my home. They cleaned well, however, I had to supply the cleaning supplies and masks for them. This job cost me $700 and I am not impressed!

In regards to duct cleaning we have portable and truck equipped duct cleaning equipment where you guys did not want either one which we respected. You were so happy with our post renovation and housecleaning services to extent that you gave both crews good tips. You decided to leave the duct cleaning for time being. People take public transporation for various reasons. How our hard working cleaning crew gets to work is their choice but how well they perform their cleaning at given situation it matters to us. rug cleaning
We had couple of rugs, picked up and dropped off for free, their rug cleaning services were professional, great and punctual. We were very happy with their customer services. We recommend them.

Basement Carpet Cleaning
They were very punctual and did a thorough and good job. They were able to clearly explain what they were going to do. We were very happy to know that they use environmental-friendly products.

Carpet cleaning
The carpets were nicely cleaned and fluffy again, while even seemingly difficult spots were entirely removed. The service, pickup and delivery was entirely satisfactory. The above are the reasons that my wife and I are repeat customers. We would recommend their service. Jack

Cleaning and kitchen shelving preparation
I had tiling done in my condo and so had dust everywhere. Home stars did a beautiful job of cleaning everything.

Upholstered Chairs cleaning
