Clean up after a renovation
The staff were very nice, courteous and hard working. I've also used 5 Star cleaning for my area rugs, and they came out very nice.

Flood Damage
I called 5 star cleaning company and talked to Bob when I found out my basement was flooded. Their crew came very fast. They set up the drying equipment . They Were very fast, professional and friendly. Every day they came in and check . Great services. Fair cost. Recommend their water damage services. will use them again.

Water damage restoration service
Our basement flooded after a severe rainfall and we couldn't make it dry with a rented dehumidifier and a fan from a Home Depot (wasted $200 and a few days). When I contacted a few water damage restoration services, 5 Star Cleaning was the first one responded and Lisa has been very kind and prompt since then. Bob and his assistant were always on time during 3 visits, very friendly and helpful to explain how things work and what I should do to prevent further flood, etc. The 3-day treatment & disinfection with non-harmful spray seem to work well. Since I didn't have a chance to compare quotes between other companies, it is my fault that I am shocked as a new knowledge by the fact how much it could cost to dry a basement... The only reason holding one star is that I sort of expected the price could have included for technicians would clean the dried mud on the floor. Other than that, our experience with 5 star cleaning was great and I would ask their service again if I run into the same issue in the future.

A little pricey but good
I read about 5 star cleaning on Homestars and decided to give them a try. They were respectful of my home, punctual and courteous. I had my upholstery, carpet and and a rug cleaned. I would recommend them, however, being perfectly honest, I wish they had taken just an extra minute to be more detailed. I had pointed out that there were a couple of spots on my carpet that were of concern to me. Their response was that these were made by nails and could not be removed. Once my carpet was cleaned by them I got out the marks myself. The job was quoted on email as one price. Once the job was completed I paid $335 which was higher than originally quoted. When I asked why, I was told they had to shampoo the carpets. I wish they had told me that originally. All in all the job was done well, just a couple of complaints.

Short notice apartment cleaning
I called them on short notice as i needed a 1,200 square foot apartment cleaned right away. They accommodated the short notice request and the job was done well. However, the quote of $1,500 was higher than expected. They were courteous and professional. I found them on Homestars.

Apt clean after tenant
I found 5 star cleaning on homestars. I had them clean a 600 square foot apt suite that my tenant had lived in for 8 years. They came over, I let them in and I left. No supervision needed and a job well done for around $550. I would recommend.

Apartment Cleanup Mid-Renovation
HomeStars was very accommodating to my request, finding women to clean my apartment during a renovation on short notice. The women showed up at the time agreed, were courteous and respectful and got to work after I showed them what I wanted cleaned. They worked hard without stopping for over 5 hours, checking with me if their work was to my standard. I am very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

Rugs cleaning
We received great rug cleaning and customer services from Bob and his helper.They came on time to pick up my rugs and they delivered as planned. The cleaning result was very impressie. They also cleaned my rug runner on my stair cases very nicely done. I was very happy with their great customer services. I recommend them to others.

Moving residences - one time, thorough, apartment cleaning.
On very short notice, 5 Star Cleaning scheduled a cleaning attendant quickly and professionally. The attendant arrived on time with a vacuum and all appropriate supplies. The work performed was good value and I am very pleased.
