10/10! Wow. I found Clearview through HomeStars. Even before hiring them to inspect our would-be home, I had to ask few questions through phone and email. I didn't expect Tom to respond in the evening but he did. That gave me a good feel to move forward. On the date of inspection, I was there on time but, our inspector Bob was there before time and was already reviewing the exterior of the home. He was very patient and walked me through the home explaining what's good and what's bad based on his finding. The infra red didn't find anything which, is very good. And, that's what I was hoping for. Thanks Tom and Bob. Appreciate that. Soon, I should be calling you for your air quality inspection service.

Our inspector was Bob and he was great. He explained the steps of the home inspection before we began and he did a thorough inspection of the home. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. Buying a house is a big investment so we wanted to ensure that we wouldn't have any surprises once we moved in. We decided to use the infrared scan as part of our home inspection to give use piece of mind that we weren't missing anything. After he the inspection, a detailed report was emailed and we will always have it. Nicely done Clearview.

I had the worst luck with my relocation to ON and home purchase. Tom from Clearview was so understanding, flexible and helpful that I am beyond being grateful! Once everything finally settled down, Tom came to do my inspection on Sunday morning, 9am just to make things happen for me!!! Inspection with infrared camera took about 2.5 hours. I got piece of mind and full confidence that this is right home for me. Having clear picture of is there enough studs, screws, insulation in your walls, are there any crossed wires behind the drywall, any leaks of water or air is priceless (Infrared camera shows all of this!). Tom went extra mile and gave me 5 year down the road advice of what should be done and basic steps of it. Not only that; my report (a nice book) has all of this documented as well. With pictures, suggested actions and approximate timeframes. Amazing value for decent price. I can recommend this company with my whole heart to anyone. You will not be disappointed to contract them for your needs!

This was our fist home purchase and it was crucial for us to embark on the home ownership adventure with a good start. Home inspection therefore was a must. After contacting multiple inspectors we chose to go with Clearview, and we could not be happier with our choice. We had our inspection done by Tom Rando, who was not only courteous but exceptionally knowledgeable. Tom, took the time to explain the inspection process, first doing the inspection on his own then a second time with us, guiding us through his findings. It was simple process but very thorough. Most of all, Tom gave us the confidence to know and understand what we are purchasing.

What a great experience! We chose Tom and Clearview because of the great reviews on Homestars and we were certainly not disappointed. Tom was prompt to respond, professional and detailed in explanations. We preferred a professional home inspection prior to our 1-year tarion warranty claim and we are glad we did. The use of infrared found improperly installed insulation upstairs, which we would have NEVER caught otherwise! Other things were found that I doubt even the average inspector would have noticed. In addition to all the necessary changes that we should have claimed, Tom gave us excellent advice for basic care of our home. Rest assured that he will be recommended to our family in the future.

Wow. Absolutely great inspection and amazing customer service. Tom was very easy to follow and understand. He even walked on the roof when a short rain drizzle began to fall. Talk about dedication. The report was also top notch and very helpful in planning renovations. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from the beginning to the end with very detailed explanation provided by the inspector. Absolutely great inspection experience. Very trustful and well-organized inspector!! Also, I received a very detailed inspection report at the end so I can follow up with a number of things to fix before/after move-in to the new house. The review on here are spot on! Tom from Clearview did an excellent job with a thorough inspection of the home we were looking at. Although no assurances were given Tom instilled confidence with his comprehensive approach,advanced technologies and multiple suggestions re sources of leaks .
