Tom, the home inspector, arrived early and had a great demeanour. He did quite a thorough, systematic inspection and walked through each level of the house with us in a clear and concise way, pointing out and discussing each issue he came across. Extremely pleased.

Our inspector Tom arrived on site earlier than the appointed time. He wasted no time on starting the inspection on the outside of the home and used up all the three hours inspecting the house. He welcomed questions and was very friendly. The report offers great detail with pictures. We will definitely use this service in the future.

I recently hired Tom to do a pre-sale home inspection on 100+ year old home. Tom was very knowledgeable, thorough and especially detailed. He went through the entire home, top to bottom, leaving no stone or shrub unturned. He identified several issues that the previous home inspector (back when I had purchased the house) had totally missed. He also organized the report with excellent photos for easy reference and actionable recommendations. Tom is a dedicated professional, cares about his clients and gives you the straight goods. Well, I found Tom's service through HomeStars. Even before hiring him to inspect our would-be home, I had to ask him few questions through phone and email. I didn't expect him to respond but, I got responses within couple hours and he sounded happy to respond. That gave me a good feel to move forward. On the date of inspection, I was there on time but, Tom was there before time and was already on the roof doing the inspection. He was very patient enough to complete the inspection and run through with me once again explaining what's good and what's bad based on his finding. The infra red didn't find anything which, is very good. And, that's what I was hoping for. Thanks Tom.

My inspector, Tom ,showed up early. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and patient. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he also encouraged me to ask questions! Due to Tom's thoroughness, we discovered a potential issue with the foundation and a host of other issues that caused me to back out of the deal. The report itself was clear and easy to understand (simple language). The photos/arrows were very clear and helped to further clarify the issue. When I showed this report to my brother in law, he was equally impressed. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

He was on time and prepared. Once in the unit he got to work right away on his own. Then when he was finished, he gave me a room by room summary of what he found. Later I got the detailed report with pics. Overall, it was a good service.
